My experience with this carpet cleaning company was nothing short of absolutely unsatisfactory. As I was on a tight schedule with only a few days left to move out of my rental house, their services left me exasperated and deeply dissatisfied.
To begin with, they canceled my initial appointment, causing unnecessary stress and delays in my already tight moving schedule. The rescheduled appointment at 8:00 AM was marked by a complete no-show. My patience was tested when I called their office at 8:30, only to be informed that the technician would arrive at 10:30. However, this turned out to be a false promise, as I later received another call indicating further delays, with the technician not arriving until after 11:00.
When the technician finally showed up, I expected nothing but a straightforward and basic cleaning service. To my dismay, he immediately began upselling additional services, completely disregarding my repeated request for a basic cleaning. This aggressive upselling only added to my frustration.
To top it all off, their pricing was nothing short of a bait-and-switch. I had been quoted a price of $160, only to have the technician recalculate my total to $180 without any valid explanation. As if that wasn't enough, the final invoice shocked me even further, totaling $197. This inconsistency and the blatant disregard for the initially agreed-upon price were beyond disappointing.
In summary, my experience with this carpet cleaning company was riddled with unprofessionalism, unreliability, aggressive upselling, and deceptive pricing practices. I strongly advise anyone seeking carpet cleaning services to steer clear of this company to avoid the immense frustration and inconvenience that I had to endure.

Bait and switch is indeed a regular issue in the carpet cleaning industry and we are sorry you had to go through this experience. Our company has a strict rule to inform the client about all the charges before a job begins.
