Greencloud VPS Is a Scam?

I used their VPS service for 6+ years without issue... then they canceld my service after 6 years with no warning.

They said they couldn't collect because I was on "Paypal Basic" whatever that even means.

They refused to restore my account, or be helpful at all, and kept blaming me.

So definotley don't use them for anything ever because you can't afford to lose valuable data.

So Is Greenclod VPS a scam?

In my opinion yes, Greencloud VPS is a scam company you should avoid.

Buyer beware.

I had cancelled 2 services with them, they cancelled only one paypal recurring.

I noticed today they billed me, fair enough error's happen.

I got in touch with the customer service and they gave me the run around, and when I told them I file a complaint with paypal they shut down my client account with them, meaning I could no longer access any transaction info, invoices etc.

So be aware of their "customer service"

Very unhappy with their vps performance. feels very laggy compared to alternatives like ExtaHost. also their pricing is very high. sadly had to make the switch to Exta.

If you look for an affordable VPS with fast support, GreenCloud is worth to try. You can the right value for the VPS services, but their support is super responsive and helpful.

They provided a blacklisted IP and refused to replace it with a functional one, even though the issue existed before the purchase.

GreenCloudVPS appears to have solid infrastructure, but my experience with billing and management was quite disappointing.

Their ordering flow is confusing. There is no clear step to select a server location. All plans and locations are listed together on the same page, which makes it easy to place the wrong order. That’s exactly what happened to me.

I realized the mistake almost immediately after payment. There was no data, I never logged in once, no SSH access, no panel access, and no usage of the server at all. I contacted support within minutes, consented to permanent termination and full data loss, and even offered to pay the price difference or add funds as account credit, so the money would stay with them.

Despite this, I was still charged a fee for no real reason, when this could have been resolved with a few clicks inside WHMCS. Instead of fixing a clear zero-usage mistake, support and management chose to strictly enforce policy.

The infrastructure itself may be fine, but customer experience and decision-making are lacking. If you expect flexibility or reasonable handling of honest mistakes, this is something to keep in mind.

Got to know about GreenCloudVPS a year ago, I bought 2 budget KVM with them for a project and was amazed with the stability and performance over the period, this month I decided to buy EPYC from them and I was amazed about the performance to price ratio. I am now moving all my services to them as their servers & service speaks louder than we get to hear on the internet.

I purchased a VPS from GreenCloud expecting stable international connectivity. Unfortunately, the service experienced severe packet loss and high jitter across multiple network hops, making it unusable for its intended purpose.

Despite providing full diagnostics, test IPs, and detailed information about the connectivity issues, the support team refused to offer a proper solution without charging an additional fee. They also admitted that they cannot guarantee improved routing due to local peering limitations.

I have since verified that other providers in the region do not experience these issues, which indicates that the service was not as described. I cannot recommend GreenCloud for users who require reliable international connectivity.

I had my one in a different region for over six months, and it's been very stable.

Have been using GreenCloudVPS for production for close to a year now, and never encountered any issues with performance; everything is 10Gbit, no CPU steal, blazing fast NVMe storage with no I/O limits or anything of that sort. Has been incredibly reliable too, out of 9 servers with them, the least reliable one is at 99.94% and the majority are at 99.99% including maintenance downtimes. The support that I've received also consistently replies within 15 minutes, and definitely never over an hour; I've never seen this class of support in any of the numerous other providers I've worked with!

100% recommended for anything production related, they are rock solid and I've moved almost all my infrastructure with them now.

If you are a VPS user with legitimate use cases, look no further for better price/quality/support. Have had a few services with GCVPS since 2021 and they have never failed me. In the rare occasion that support is needed, tickets are always answered within an hour or less, usually within minutes. Their support is simply best in industry.
