I ordered a subframe on December 29th…

I ordered a subframe on December 29th which I understand was before new years so that may have affected the process and delivery but i did not receive the part until January 17th. It took 2 weeks to even be able to get ahold of the company to see about the part. Once I did get ahold of them it took another week to get the part so im assuming it wasn't even processed until I did finally get ahold of someone. Once it was processed it did get shipped pretty quick but honestly probably wont order from them again.

Customer service with this company….

Greengears auto has what I was looking for and at an actually reasonable price, but trying to get in touch with support on what was going on with my order is impossible. Also, the website stated that it would take no more than 2 days to ship out and then it didn’t ship out for almost 3 weeks. I do understand that it was around Christmas and New Years but it did not state that on the website or when they be back in the office if they did take several days off. The only customer service I received was BEFORE I placed my order and I was asking about what was included.

One week to print shipping label!

I ordered my part on thurs 10/19. Free shipping 5-7 days. It took a whole week for them to print a shipping label for an in stock item. My car is broken down on a lift waiting on a part. No communication from these people. Would never recommend to anyone. Very dissatisfied

I had a lot of issues with them but I’m…

I had a lot of issues with them but I’m not sure if it was exactly their fault other than the first time. The first time I gotta subframe but it was for a completely different vehicle I ordered for a 08 Chrysler Pacifica. Then I sent it back, about a month and a half later I finally get my part because I had to do freight. There were so many issues in the month timeframe with trying to figure out when it was coming. In the end I did get the right part and also got a $200 discount on freight, that was good thank you guys for figuring it out I will order from here again since it seems to be the only place that I can find that a actually have the parts I need.
