Money was deducted from my payment…

Money was deducted from my payment unfairly and without proper justification. We had agreed that the car was in perfect condition, so I was shocked to discover that deductions had been made for alleged scratches and cleaning costs.

This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the fairness and transparency of your business practices. Making deductions under these circumstances, without a clear and reasonable justification, feels like extortion and is certainly no way to treat customers.

I have attempted to seek redress, but the only contact number available is that of the very person who made the disputed deductions. This leaves me with no independent channel to raise my concerns or have the matter reviewed fairly.

I expect a full explanation of these deductions, supporting evidence for the alleged damage and cleaning costs, and a refund of the money unjustly withheld. I also request the contact details of someone independent who can investigate and resolve this complaint.
