Before you travel
- Payment card: you'll need a credit card in the main driver's name for the security deposit. Accepted cards and deposit amounts vary by country and are shown before you book.
- Documents: bring your full driving licence and a valid ID. Some countries also need an International Driving Permit.
- Booked through a travel site? Check your voucher for what's included.

Absolutely shocking that that take over £1000 for minor damage I did not cause. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I have requested receipts and photos to no avail. There is a reason their rates are so cheap. I will be going to the ombudsman. I have had no reply from the customer service email I was told to contact over a week ago.

Like for like fuel policy not good
Staff friendly and car in good condition.
I don’t like the Green Motion fuel policy of like for like. This is now the second time that the fuel was so low that I had to refuel before I set off on my journey. Also on return of the car, it’s very hard to judge the correct amount to refuel with, which means that I always give more fuel than necessary.

Thank you for recognising the friendly staff and good condition of the car. We hear your concern about the like-for-like fuel policy, especially receiving a car with very little fuel and finding it hard to return the same amount without overfilling. We appreciate you explaining that this has happened twice.
