Green Motion operates a car rental station near Milano Malpensa Airport (MXP), serving Lonate Pozzolo (VA) and the surrounding area, with its base address at Via Europa 90, 21015. A complimentary shuttle brings customers from the terminals to the rental station. Travellers arriving at Terminal 1 should exit through door 18 on the departure floor, while those at Terminal 2 should wait in the departure area in front of the Banca Popolare di Milano. Customers are asked to send a message with their location, surname and party size so that the 9-seater shuttle, marked with the Green Motion logo, can be dispatched to collect them. Desk opening hours (local time): Mon–Sat 08:00–18:00; Sun closed. Public holidays: closed.

Gracias por explicar lo ocurrido. Entendemos su preocupación por el cargo de 300 € que le indicaron al no disponer de la tarjeta física y por la fianza de 700 €. No podemos confirmar desde esta reseña qué condiciones se aplicaban a su reserva ni si se realizó ese cargo. HELLO TO EVERYBODY, FROM ATHENS GREECE.....ALTHOUGH THE CAR RENTAL, IN ALL THE ISSUES, WENT VERY WELL AND ME AND MY BROTHER, WE WERE REALLY HAPPY ABOUT, AS SOON AS WE RETURNED THE CAR BACK, AND WE FLY BACK TO OUR COUNTRY, I RECEIVED A MESSAGE SAYING THAT, WE HAD A TRAFFIC TICKET FROM THE ITALIAN POLICE, AND FOR THIS REASON, WITHOUT MY AGREEMENT, THEY USED MY CREDIT CARD, IN ORDER TO CHARGE THIS TICKET, TWICE, SAYING THAT IF NOT ALREADY RECEICED, WE WILL RECEIVE IN THE FOLLOWING DAYS THE PROVES, CONCERNING THE TRAFFIC TICKETS. INSTEAD OF THIS, I RECEIVED TWO DIFFERENT TRAFFIC TICKETS FROM AN ITALIAN COMPANY "ACTING" ON BEHALF OF THE ITALIAN POLICE? AND ALL THIS TYPED ON TWO UNOFFICIAL PIECES OF PAPER. AS YOU CAN UNDERSTAND THAT WAS AN OBVIOUS FRAUD, TRYING TO GET TWO TIMES 50,00 EUROS, SO I BLOCKED AND REPLACE MY CREDIT CARD, THROUGH MY BANK IN MY COUNTRY, AND I MADE A PROCEDURE OF DISPUTE. UNTILL NOW, NO REPLY FROM THEM. STUDYING, STAYING AND HAVING MANY ITALIAN FRIENDS AND GIRLFRIENDS IN ITALY, I FELT THAT THESE METHODS, LEAVE A VERY BAD AND BITTER TASTE, ABOUT MODERN LIFE IN ITALY.

Everything was fast, because i had input my details beforehand i had no problem at the counter, also the company kept my reservation even though i arrived late. No problems after returning the car. Very reasonable price, They upgraded me to a Nisan Juke

Danni addebitatemi per danni dopo la consegna al loro parcheggio la notte
Ho noleggiato una Panda e l'ho lasiata la sera alle 8 , a ufficio già chiuso, nel loro parcheggio a Malpensa senza danni. Mi hanno poi fatturato quasi 600 € di presunti danni per qualche graffio al paraurti anteriore, paraurti di plastica. Non ho purtroppo potuto evitare di pagare poiché le foto fatte alla consegna erano troppo scure per dimostrare la mia buona fede. Evitate questo autonoleggio o fate l'assicurazione a 0 €.

Super noleggio Green Motion
Ho noleggiato un'auto con la Green Motion e non potevo chiedere di meglio. L'auto era nuovissima,pulita e in condizioni perfette. Ho trovato il personale molto gentile e disponibile e quindi è andato tutto liscio e senza intoppo. Servizio impeccabile e super consigliato

Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish
The vehicle provided was in a poor condition, with visible damage all over the car and a level of cleanliness that was simply unacceptable for a rental vehicle. In fact, I felt compelled to wash the car myself before using it to transport guests. This is not what I expect when paying for a rental vehicle, particularly when attending an important event.
To make matters worse, the vehicle had broken air-conditioning vents, preventing cool air from being directed at the driver. On a warm day this left me arriving at my destination hot, uncomfortable, and far from the professional appearance I had intended.
When I raised these concerns, I expected Green Motion to investigate and address the condition of the vehicle. Instead, the response focused on unrelated matters and failed to properly acknowledge the issues I experienced. The delayed return of my deposit only added further frustration to what was already a poor customer experience.
The most astonishing part was being offered a 15% discount voucher for a future rental rather than receiving a meaningful response regarding the damaged and dirty vehicle that had been supplied. Quite frankly, after this experience, why would I want to rent from Green Motion again?
Customer service is measured by how a company responds when things go wrong. Unfortunately, in my case, Green Motion failed to take my concerns seriously and showed little interest in resolving them.
I would not recommend this company based on my experience. Avoid if you value vehicle quality, customer service, and being treated fairly when raising legitimate concerns. ⭐☆☆☆☆
