I hired the car late (plane delayed) in that time they got a red light fine. They wouldnt admit it was theres. Took me months to get it cleared through NSW revenue. NEVER AGAIN for me.

The device at the pick up point was great. The same on return . Getting to the depot is a problem . The shuttle bus is too far away. I got a cab.

Green Motion operates a car hire desk serving Sydney Airport (SYD), based at the Crowne Plaza Sydney Airport, 19 Bourke Rd, Mascot, Sydney, New South Wales. The branch is located off-airport and runs a shuttle bus to bring customers from the terminals to the rental desk. After collecting your luggage, call the branch for shuttle pickup. Pickup points differ by terminal: Terminal 1 arrivals meet at Bay 12-25, while Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 arrivals follow signs through the P1 and P2 walkways towards the Priority & Express Pick-up and shuttle zone. Desk opening hours (local time): every day 06:30–21:00, including public holidays.

On 30 September 2026, I took possession of the rental car, I paid a deposit of AUD200 for tolls. When I returned the car on 4 October I was assured that the deposit less toll charges would be refunded. Instead my credit card was charged for my tolls on Wednesday 7 October and despite 2 requests for the refund, a refund has not been processed to my credit card. Therefore I will be disputing the transaction on 30 September with my credit card provider.

We understand that you dispute responsibility for the red-light fine and that clearing it with NSW Revenue took months. The timing of the offence and the vehicle handover records are central to that question, and we cannot establish them from the review. Service at their depot at the crown plaza is fast and efficient. The trouble is getting there. The shuttle bus is along way away.
