This is a very professional company. All went according to the book except that we had not been warned about the very toxic smell of the adhesives and the plastic windows themselves. As I suffer from asthma this was quite significant. There were also a few areas to make good after the installation.

Fantastic company, would definitely recommend to friends and family. Our new flush windows look great! Really pleased with the whole experience!

We used Green Oak in June of this year for our new windows and had not hesitation asking them to install the cladding - a very professional job, quality and friendliness of the fitters first class, communication from sales, finance, leading up to and fitting cannot be faulted. Thanks again - highly recommended.
Just one small issue - we had to have scaffolding for our cladding install - on removal of the scaffolding there was not much evidence of our drive being swept and we had a few screws and nails left on the drive which had I not anticipated having to sweep the area could have punctured a tyre.

If any company deserves a 5 star review it’s Greenoaks. From the first visit from Dale to the installation of our fascias and soffits and the fantastic silicon rendering done by Dave, Ray and Harry it’s transformed our home, always on time, nothing to much trouble and always left clean and tidy. I highly recommend Greenoaks to anyone looking to transform their home.

Greenoaks have just completed our conservatory conversion and fitted all new windows throughout plus new front and back doors.
The work was carried out to a good standard and completed on time , everything was carefully planned out from the moment we visited there showroom and I would recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work carrying out.
All work is guaranteed for 10 years as well which is a great peace of mind.

Good original consultation with Dale, general advice without being pushy. Survey efficient and quote broken down and understandable. Very good team from Greenoak, work done as per schedule, clean and tidy. Very considerate when one of us was unwell, kept the noise down. Problem with garage door investigated and rectified very quickly. Really pleased with final result, completely transformed external appearance of house. Highly recommend this company. Had our conservatory roof done and they did a fantastic job. They kept us informed every step of the way of what would be happening. Cleaned up at the end of each day and was very hardworking, polite and friendly.

Dale has been a star. From his first visit to give me a price, to completion of the works. Amazing work carried out by the guys at Greenoak on the applying of the silicone render to the front of our house. First I would like to say that there was no pushy salesman. A major plus in my view. From the initial conversation with Dale, to the rendering carried out by Dave, Callum and Ray, everything was proffessional and considerate. They made, what can often be a very stressful experience (with having strangers work on your home), very easy and reassuring. The end result looks amazing.

I'd also just like to mention the scaffolding company that Dale uses. I've never known one that is so professional. They knew what work was being carried out, but still discussed the erecting of the scaffolding to ensure we were happy with their work. Before then all scaffolders I'd experienced simply turned up, threw up the scaffold and disappeared without confirming if there were an issues with what they'd done. This team was a breath of fresh air.

Top notch company, top notch service, top class fitters, all round pleasant experience.
However, we did have an issue with the Rock Door as made by Gap plastics. Sadly I cannot sing the same praise on Gap! But Dale did his level best to sort it and eventually we got a replacement.
Shame on you Gap!

A very competitive price for an excellent job. The patio doors were fitted efficiently and with minimal disruption. The fitters were polite and the doors were fitted within a few hours. Would certainly recommend Greenoak especially for their honesty when I overpaid!

Fantastic job. Everyone was professional and friendly. Every aspect of the job was explained very well and the work was undertaken according to the timescales given. The quality of the materials and the fitting along with the finish was of a very high standard. All professionals were meticulous and very tidy. Would highly recommend Greenoak.

Although only a relatively small job the service from Greenoak was excellent. All elements worked well from scaffolding to delivery of materials and installation. Waste materials were removed quickly following completion. Overall, very pleased with process and would recommend the company.
