I like the quality of the pans
I like the quality of the pans. I don't think we have ever had pans that are so resistant to sticking. A real joy to use. Also, no toxic chemicals in our food. The pans are also very affordable. Got three pans for less than the enameled cast iron and the Green pans work far better.
