Always at the end of the phone if help and advice is needed... recently I had been advised by my dogs vet to review her diet, with the help and guidance from Rob at Green Pantry we have been able to do this getting the right advice which complimented what the vet had requested .. thank you again for your ongoing brilliant customer service

easy to order and arrived promptly
easy to order and arrived promptly. I order the white fish kibble as it is a really good low fat option instead of some of the "prescription" diets that are little more than rice, maize and a tiny bit of chicken. This food has quality ingredients and has a lower fat content than any of them and best of all my dog loves it

Excellent quality treats and great customer communication …
I have bought treats from Green Pantry in the past and they’re very good quality. I appreciated the proactive communications from the company regarding their courier/delivery delays and kept me updated throughout and confirmed the day they would arrive.

Quality product, great service
Been using Green Pantry for years after identifying food intolerances. Dogs love it, no more tummy upsets or itching, lovely shiny coats, bright eyes and loads of energy. Quality food, excellent, knowledgeable & friendly service. Wouldn’t use anything else.

Still waiting for an order from 11.04…
Still waiting for an order from 11.04 emailed asking for update due to going away and not enough puppy food to last - puppies grow quickly and the quantity has to increase. We paid for 1-2 working day delivery and still no sign of it 4 working days later. Didn’t even bother replying so no food and had to go away without it and take a 50 mile detour to get a bag from a local stockist. Terrible customer service - have no interest in the dog only the cash. Will not be ordering again.

During this period, we faced major and unexpected issues with ParcelForce, which caused significant delays that were unfortunately outside of our control. We sent updates through our email system to keep customers informed which were opened, and for anyone who contacted us directly in urgent need, we did everything possible to send orders out by alternative means including sending parcels manually via alternative couriers, making trips to the Post Office, and even hand delivering orders ourselves in the evenings for customers within a certain radius.
We are very sorry if you felt unsupported during this time. That is never the experience we want for any customer. We care deeply about our customers and their pets; the wellbeing of the dogs and cats we feed has always been at the heart of everything we do. It’s upsetting to read your comments and know we fell short for you on this occasion, we take your comments seriously.
We would really appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly, but we’ve been unable to reach you by phone. We genuinely would like the opportunity to put this right. GP.

I don’t like to give only average score on feedback as I am sure that the quality of the product is perfectly good ! However my two dogs are the judges and unfortunately they both showed zero interest in the samples .

My girl has epilepsy and pancreatitis…
My girl has epilepsy and pancreatitis so I've been looking for a food suitable. I only use as a topper but so far so good. I am also going to try a different recipe for my other dog as she doesn't have to have low fat. So far so good 👍

My order hasn’t arrived yet and I am really annoyed that the subscription has gone up with no warning. No email communication or anything, just straight out at direct debit as usual. Disappointing to say the least. Looking at other options.

Thank you so much for your review and support over the past four years ,we genuinely appreciate your loyalty, and we are really sorry to hear you’ve been left feeling disappointed.
Regarding the price increase, I completely understand your frustration. Unfortunately, the rise the first for three years was unavoidable due to significant cost pressures across ingredients, manufacturing, and logistics. We did send email notifications to all subscription customers on two separate occasions ahead of the change, and both were opened, but we appreciate that emails can easily be missed, especially at busy times.
I’ve also checked on your order, and it has now been delivered. Due to the Easter bank holidays, delivery windows were slightly longer than usual, which I know doesn’t help when you’re waiting on something important.
If there’s anything you’d like us to look into or discuss, We are always here and very happy to help.
