The Story of Green Pheasant Gifts and Home Interiors My name is Jade Barson and I’m the owner and founder of Green Pheasant Gifts and Home Interiors in Preston, Lancashire. In 2020 I made a huge decision to leave my role as a paramedic after 15 years to open my own business. I was looking for more creativity and a better work life balance, so I turned my passion for gifts and interiors into my work by opening a brand-new independent business unlike any other in Preston. I could not have chosen a worse time! I opened Green Pheasant Gifts in March 2020 in Winckley Street, two weeks before Covid and Lockdown! So not off to a great start but every disappointment there is an opportunity. Covid allowed me to concentrate on my e-commerce website which has allowed me to keep up with the depressed economic climate. I chose the Winckley Square Quarter because it brings a touch of the country to the city, which is exactly what I wanted to achieve in Green Pheasant Gifts. I am pleased to be in a conservation area, having the beautiful Winckley Square Gardens, Miller and Avenham parks on our doorstep is such an asset in the centre of the city. Both Harvey, my black Labrador, and I love to stretch our legs on five minute walks during the day. I love to shop locally where possible and realised there must be lots of people like me who were looking for something a little different from the usual high street retailers. The style I love for my own home and accessories is rural chic and of course this has influenced my product selection, I hope you will love them as much as I do. Where possible, I work with local suppliers to provide a truly unique shopping experience. Green Pheasant Gifts is now nearly 4 years old and is becoming a destination for shoppers searching for thoughtful and stylish homeware and presents. If you not able to visit the shop, my aim is to offer the same level of personal service to my online customers. I would love to help you select your items or perhaps put a gift pack together – just get in touch and we can bring a smile to someone’s face. Quick delivery, wrapped lovely
Quick delivery, and over the moon with the product as I had looked all over to get what I wanted and green pheasant gifts had it in stock. Couldn't have been happier and then when it arrived it was wrapped really lovely inside the delivery box making it even more exciting to receive.

Beautiful local gift shop, selling high quality unusual gifts, not found anywhere else, at reasonable prices. Attention to detail in the shop, gorgeous decorations making it a very welcoming atmosphere. Can select online for home delivery of collect from the shop, speedy service, love it!
