I stand by the feedback I provided earlier. When you advertise 24/7 support, it should mean exactly that: a timely and consistent response whenever it's needed. Unfortunately, it seems that "24/7 support" really translates to, "we'll get back to you whenever we feel like it," or perhaps only after receiving negative feedback, with responses sometimes delayed by 24 hours or more.
This lack of responsiveness undermines the trust that customers place in your service. Timely support is a key factor in customer satisfaction, and when this is lacking, it reflects poorly on the overall experience. I hope this issue can be addressed so that the commitment to 24/7 support is truly delivered on.

I understand your issue is with the live chat. I think you did not notice the message that says no "one is available on the chat right now, please start a support ticket".
Ticket responses are faster and you will always receive a response in less than 24 hours. Based on your account information, I see that you are receiving an average response rate of about 4 hours. I am sure this is just a misunderstanding.
You have been a customer with us for almost 3 years and we haven't received any positive feedback from you until now. It is very important to rate us on the positive things too, so we can fight to keep them, and make them better.
