Wrong Item Sent, Ignored Support, $140 Lost in Customs

I ordered multiple leggings, including one burgundy yoga leggings in size Small, but the company sent me a size Medium instead.

I contacted their support team multiple times to resolve this, but received no response at all. This is especially frustrating because I paid approximately $140 in customs duties and VAT to receive the shipment internationally.

At this point, the issue is not just a simple fulfillment mistake — it’s the complete lack of customer support and accountability afterward.

To resolve this, I requested that they:

-- Send the correct item (size Small)
-- Cover shipping and any additional customs costs
- Provide a return label for the incorrect item

Despite giving them the opportunity to fix their mistake, they have ignored all communication.

If you are ordering internationally, be aware that you may be responsible for significant customs charges, and if something goes wrong, you may not receive any support.

In addition, I had issues getting the original shipment through customs and reached out multiple times for assistance. Those emails were also ignored — I sent at least four separate messages before receiving any response, and the only time they replied was after I escalated and threatened further action. This pattern of ignoring customers until pressure is applied is a serious concern.

I ordered once more after my 15 Feb…

I ordered once more after my 15 Feb experience/report. After several day of hearing nothing about my order, I mailed about its status. I was told a barely credible story about dispatches now being made only once every week to make sure that I paid the right tariff/wasn’t tariffed twice. This seemed both unlikely and overly simplistic, I must say.
Once FedEx received the parcel, it arrived within the working week. However it took a full working week plus a weekend to be given to FedEx.
If there’s a problem, it’s certainly not with the garments themselves (superb fit, quality, finish and fabric) or the performance of the delivery agent (FedEx).

SCAMMERS Not even worth one star.

I ordered 10 strings. Nice product but for payments this are scammers! Total cost in CAD 389.22.

That should be about 240 Euro. But at checkout they changed to Euro and let me pay 370 euro. And know I also had to pay Duties and VAT over 370 euro instead of over 240 euro.

After contact to support no reaction is received after more than a week. Chat on website is not answered after one hour waiting.
Big SCAMMERS. One star is still to much.

High quality product, quick shipping, great customer service

High quality underwear that is worth the price, which is higher than I typically pay for them. Lots of styles to choose from and great color selections.

As for customer service:
I purchased from gregg homme on 12/20 which is very late for Christmas but I reached out to cs and let them know I was hoping to receive before the 25th.
Julie let the warehouse know and I had my products before the 25th!

This company is a band of thieves

This company is a band of thieves.
I have placed an order for more than 200 Euro with their online shop. Turns out the goods were delivered not from Canada but a third country so customs have sent me an invoice for more than 120 Euro that I have disputed at GregHomme. After a few initial email exchanges they have stopped responding. The European customs have returned the goods and GreggHomme has never given me back the money. Avoid this company.
