Everything was fine except please consider adding a couple new screws to replace the old ones. It may seem simple but think about it... to replace the gas regulator there are four (4) small connecting points.

The grill shipped quickly. I was pleasantly surprised that it came completely assembled. I thought I would have to spend a day assembling the cart.

Getting a reply from service took days sometimes. The product I bought says takes two people. It took four just to unstack the two cabinets as they are extremely heavy. Why they shipped this way makes no sense. I asked questions about your products and nobody seemed to know the answers. Very frustrating experience.

I needed a fairly obscure part that most sites showed as unavailable. Grill Collection was the only website that indicated they had it available. I used the chat option on Grill Collection's website and they quickly confirmed it was in stock. I placed the order and received it quickly. It was great communication and quick delivery on a part no one else has.

I ordered a cookware set from these people. After being billed for it I received nothing. When I call repeatedly to find out the status nobody could tell me anything. Not the status of my order what the problem was nothing. Finally without an explanation I got an “order cancelled “ notification. Stay away from these people

Our outdoor grill island is beautiful. The staff at Grill Collection was very efficient and kept us posted on the delivery. When the item was delivered it was packed very well. The delivery person was awesome.

Delayed and re-scheduled delivery. I contacted Grill Collection and never heard back. I dealt directly with 2 delivery companies and finally resolved.

I never received my order it was shipped to somewhere in Montana. Not a very good experience.

The only complaint is that the delivery was left at my mailbox and if I would not have been home it could have been stolen other than that everything is good!

The only thing that I was disappointed about was that I had to always be the one to ask for an update on my order. I wish that they would have given me updates every couple of weeks.

I received a damaged item which looks like it happened during the shipping. It has been a week and have not heard back from anyone and this has caused major delays in outdoor kitchen project.
