We are a family business located in Lancashire, North West England. We supply businesses, directly to the public, schools, offices, hotels, restaurants, pubs, hospitality and many more and have done for many years. We are experts in supplying excellent entrance matting and flooring products, nationwide with a prompt turn around and despatch. Most of our goods are despatched on a next working day delivery service.

I was disappointed at the lack of…
I was disappointed at the lack of communication after placing the order. One email to say they had received order then nothing. My items arrived a week later and thankfully a neighbour was home to accept delivery.
on the bright side I was pleased with items when they arrived just what I wanted

No Refund after 6 weeks of promises
I was overcharged, then charged twice for an additional £103 then after 2 phone calls and 2 emails 6 weeks have gone by and I have not had a refund. Diane blamed this on an IT issue but promised to come back to me and did not.
Based on the phone conversation and emails I can only assume that this is on purpose as I have had no follow up calls or emails.
I have now charged this back and my bank have already refunded my payment.

Thank you for taking the time to review your experience with us. We feel it's important to take feedback on board when we do well, but also to understand where improvements can be made if we don't get things right, so we genuinely appreciate your comments.
Please accept our most sincere apologies for the issues that you have had with regards to this order. As you can see from our other reviews, this is most unusual and certainly not how the process normally goes.
I have investigated what has happened with the staff involved and also the unforeseen IT issue that we had at the time. I'm pleased to confirm that these have been resolved.
Whilst I understand your frustration, we would never intentionally mislead any of our customers nor overcharge anybody on purpose and feel that this is a rather unfair statement considering Diane sent you proof of the refund being raised at the time of the issue.
Unfortunately we do not have control over how the banks process this refund, however, I am pleased to note that you have confirmed that the bank has refunded your payment. We will look into this processing time and advise customers in the future a more accurate timescale following on from your input.
Our intention is to provide the best products available at competitive prices and with exceptional service, which unfortunately on this occasion we have failed, so we whole heartedly apologise and have already put measures in place to improve this in the future.
