We are a family business located in Lancashire, North West England. What I asked for, I got.
I ordered a door mat of specific measurement: it came in good time, it fitted and it appears to be of stout quality. Though not exactly the highlight of my life, the arrival of the mat has entirely satisfied my requirements in that regard.

Please accept our apologies for you not receiving your order yet.
We were closed for a well earned break over the festive period and have only returned to the office today. We did put a banner on each of our websites to state that we were closed during this time, but perhaps this has been missed - we will ask our web team to display this more clearly next time.

Coir mat arrived quicker than expected…
Coir mat arrived quicker than expected and product as described but it was a bit rough around the edges and is not sitting in a floorwell so visible .
