Awful! I have been sent completely the wrong items and no reply to emails. If I could give no stars I would, certainly a company to avoid. Now I don't have the Christmas presents my children asked for and no way of getting a reply to get the correct order or my money back.

Promised free socks if you post a review, screenshot it then send it. Emailed them twice, nothing. Socks are great, lying to get reviews not so much

Non-existent customer service and they do not reply to emails, they sent products in error and now I cannot return them.

The grip socks from Foot Grip are great. My son trains a lot each week, and these last a long time. very comfortable and a great fit.

Ordered 3 pairs of socks on 28th November still waiting on delivery. Requested update on tracking only to be told courier is busy. Royal Mail tracking number does not seem valid , requested refund but request ignored. AVOID this site ….buy elsewhere!!!!

Avoid!!! Terrible customer service. Ordered socks a week ago and told there was an issue with despatching my order. Since then no communication.

These are my first grip socks and I have started wearing them on astro, so a hard surface.
Usually I wear two pairs of socks but still get blisters and sometime pain the next day or two from my feet pounding the ground but these socks have so far been very effective at preventing pain and eliminating blisters (so far!).
I will be interested to see if there is any difference on a soft surface but so far they have stayed in place exactly as I had hoped so very pleased.

Ordered socks on 25th Nov, was emailed I would get free socks and would be dispatched within 2 days, still not arrived! Can someone please respond to my emails these are a Christmas present?????

Ordered on 21st November. And item still isn’t here. It was supposed to be 1-2 days delivery. Was told on 28th I’ll get a free pair on socks on top of ones I brought and that it’ll take 2 days to be delivered. It is now the 6th of December and still haven’t received them or even an email updating me what’s going on. Worst company I’ve seen. Extremely urge you to stay away. FG161319519

Best quality socks. I wear them for futsal games which require grippy socks in order to perform well on the pitch. Since I wear these grip socks I can run much better without my foot slipping in my boots which are half-size larger indoor soccer shoes.

ORDER PLACED ON 22nd NOVEMBER ON EXPRESS NEXT DAY DELIVERY. ORDER HAS STILL NOT BEEN SENT OUT! ALL EMAILS TO THEM HAVE BEEN IGNORED! I ISSUED A CHARGEBACK CLAIM WITH MY BANK WHICH FOOTGRIP HAVE REFUSED/DISPUTED. HAVE EMAILED THEN AGAIN TODAY QUOTING THE CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT TO TRY TO GET MY MONEY BACK! AVOID AND GO ELSEWHERE IS MY ADVICE

Absolutely shocking company, do not waste your time. They take your money instantly and promise next day delivery, 2 weeks later nothing has been received and they just ignore any emails attempting to find out what is happening. Will also ignore requests for refunds. I had to go through my bank to get my money back. How companies like this are still in existence is a mystery. Please do not give them any of your money as you will not receive what you have ordered.

Placed and order on 20/11/22 stating next day delivery and the order still hasn’t arrived. Numerous emails sent all to be ignored. Shocking customer service and lack of order delivery. Not impressed.

If I could give Foot Grip 0 stars I would. Their customer service is non existent they don’t respond to emails there is no communication what so ever, they take you money instantly and promise next day delivery and they just ghost you! I appreciate there are logistic issues with Royal Mail strikes and being Christmas it’s a busy time of year, but to not communicate the issues or reassure your customers is absolutely disgusting. Stay away!

Terrible service, despite next day delivery claims nothing has arrived 11 days after the order and emails to customer support go unanswered (but they charged me fast enough). No customer phone number which is always a warning. Advise you to stay away and order elsewhere.
