I’ve tried a number of different makes and these are by far the most comfortable and best fitting socks about.

Ordered over a week ago, still no delivery. Tracking information is useless and hasn't been updated for days. Email sent to support over 2 days ago. Still no reply or any confirmed delivery of the 4 pairs of socks. Avoid and just use gain the edge, as no company can be as bad as this one

Haven't received item. Said 1-2 days express delivery and it's been well over this. Emailed to ask where item is and no reply.

The Gripix socks are really comfortable and helped prevent my feet sliding around in my boots whilst playing on AG surfaces. Quick delivery too.

Sent the wrong items, wont refund and wont pay for the return.

The product was excellent quality and arrived super quick.

Great quality socks at a reasonable price. These are the best socks my child has every used and they are affordable.

Ive had Trusox £30 each pair and Gain the Edge (awful customer service) they dont match quality or longevity.

TOOK MY MONEY& now NO communication **
I ordered 2 pairs of shin pads for 11yr & 13yr. We ordered the medium advertised as “teen”. When they arrived they would barely fit a four year old.
I emailed Gripix to explain & have been emailing daily since & they haven’t responded at all.
Then I went into Trustpilot & saw all these reviews saying the same thing. I’ve put this on our school Instagram site to warn people & make them aware of this scam company. I’ve added to our tennis groups in Bristol, David Lloyd, our cricket club (National level!) and our rugby club, including WhatsApp groups!
I don’t care if this is £23 or £2300, these companies are pathetic & fortunately our children play sport at county level so at least I know my message has got out there. Not to mention my Instagram running group whom I have just over 3,5000 followers, so imagine how many people that reaches as they repost. No one likes a thief Gripix or Gripix employees!

Ordered 4 pairs of full length grip socks on the offer for £34.
They have sent 4 pairs of ankle socks which are pretty useless.
They don't answer emails or respond via the contact us form on the website despite it saying they will reply in 24 hours. Well its been 6 days and nothing!

Ordered incorrect size and after few emails gripix got back to me and apologised for delay and would send me correct size out at no cost to myself and I didn’t need to return the other socks back!!! Amazing

Excellent quality and price

ordered nearly 20 pounds worth of stock received an email about the delivery address witch was correct and I replied to ,I've since sent 5 more emails and received no reply absolute joke off a company thinking it could be a scam , my advise buy from somewhere else ,looked on company house run by an CHOWDHURY, Humayra Islam more than likely a scam robbing peoples hard earned money absolute rat

Socks feel well made. Thick material and comfy. Time will tell on the quality. Was such a shame that each pair was wrapped individually in single use cheap plastic despite the card board sheath and metal clip

Super socks for running delivery was quick and price was a bargain.
