Quick and to the point!
I struggled to find a good dealer for Steadicam/ Glidecam stabilisers for months, one quick online chat with Camera Kings and I got an alternative (Flycam) that was less than half the price and arrived within a few days - now to figure out the mysterious act of balancing...

Honest advice & cheapest price
My new favourite filmmaking shop! Spoke with one of their support guys on live chat and he helped me to put together a custom rig, which was actually cheaper than the one I originally wanted. After making my order, got it 2 days later and I am SO happy with the Lanparte setup! Going to order an Atomos shogun next month, so expect a call from me! THANKS!!

Run by Filmmakers!
Nice to have a filmmaking shop that is run by filmmakers rather than just business men. Been into their shop twice and also purchased over the phone, their knowledge is on point! Seems like they have strong experience on set and were extremely helpful when I asked some technical questions. A++ to you guys, will be buying from you again!

Have bought many things from here and still they deliver! 5*
Over the period of the last two years, I've probably bought around maybe £3k worth of equipment from them and there has never been an issue.
I admit, emails and replying can take longer than expected but that doesn't deter from the general quality of the service. And is to be expected when they're busy. You have to remember, they're not a shop like CVP which have a massive wherehouse and hundreds of thousand pounds of logistics equipment.
Overall! I'll keep coming back :D Make sure the websites updated though guys!

Customer service was best yet!
Rang these guys after my glidecam broke and I needed a quick replacement. They offered me something cheaper and said they would help me setup when it arrived. Arrived just days later, gave them a call and they ran through everything with me till it was perfect! Not often you get customer service like that! A*, you guys are great!

Best shop for filmmaking, by a mile
The guys at CameraKings (not to be confused with CameraKing - which is terrible), are not only friendly but actually really care about your filmmaking and not just your money. Their live chat quickly let me find out what I could get in the time I needed and when I visited their store the team there helped me out so much. I came to them with a problem and they helped me solve it without going over my budget! Thanks guys you rock!
Terrible
What an absolutely terrible service right from the beginning. First of all they allowed me to spend £1900 on their website on an item that was not only sold out, but discontinued (because they didnt update their website) Then after pre-ordering a newer version of this item that was to be released, I waited almost 2 months for them to tell me they were no longer going to be stocking the item! This is because they found out the items were going to take a bit longer to be sent from the manufacturer, so instead of waiting and fulfilling my order and doing business properly, they dropped me in it and just cancelled my order, therefore meaning the 2 month wait for myself was completely pointless! Why not just wait the extra days and complete the transaction like any normal business would do? I'm not sure!! So I will now have to order from the manufacturer themselves and wait another 2 months or so! I am a professional videographer and prolonged shoots whilst waiting for the piece of equipment to arrive and for them to just turn around after almost 2 months and tell me I will have to find it elsewhere is terrible! I could have purchased a different version of said equipment from somewhere else within those 2 months and be happily using it by now!
And looking at their website now, they have the item available to pre-order on there still, even after telling me 2 days ago that they won't be stocking it. Get your act together!
Also, very poor response times from any emails I sent them, especially considering they had £1900 of my money sitting in their account and I had nothing to show for it! Unfortunately they have said their response times were due to finding out information from the supplier, however, I emailed the supplier myself multiple times and received answers from them within 24 hours (very much unlike the 7-9 day response time from Camera Kings) Some emails to Camera Kings from myself were not even after a concrete answer but just a small update, but that still took over a week every time.
Avoid if possible, not worth the hassle!

It makes a refreshing change to do business with a company that actually appreciates your custom. Camerakings were helpful, offered great service and are very competitively priced. I can happily recommend them and will be back again for more equipment.

Efficient & FAST
I am so happy with my purchase from Camera Kings! I purchased a slider for my Fiancé to Cork, Ireland. It arrived very quickly in compact secure packaging.
The item did not come with instructions - but a simple email to the company yesterday evening (New Years Eve) solved that. I had a reply this morning with a link to a manual for the slider.
For (what I would consider) a low price the slider is extremely good quality and I can't say enough for their customer service!
Would highly reccomend!

Purchased a Tilta FF-T04, It was sent out and arrived as promised. The follow focus is a good build and with an acceptable price, a little on the heavy side but overall worth the price. The package comes with everything you can possibly need. I have told my other colleagues to shop at Camer Kings, good service and pricing is more reasonable than in Spain

Great range of products but what was exemplary was their customer service. Prompt communication and guidance. I honestly cant recommend these guys highly enough for independent filmmakers.
UNRELIABLE AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - Avoid at all costs
I am an independent producer and I am often responsible for buying equipment: I will never use Camerakings again. It is unprofessional, unreliable and offers no customer service at all.
On a Thursday we ordered two monitors from Camerakings for a shoot starting the next Monday - paying £ 27 extra for fast delivery. When we didn't receive them on Monday we started to contact the company, but only got a recorded message. On Tuesday we received a parcel with two batteries only. We tried to get in touch with Camerakings, but could not get hold of anyone, left two messages on their answering system, asking to call us back, and were not contacted. On Wednesday, we managed to talk to an employee who couldn't find the order and asked us to send him an email. We did and he never replied. We tried to contact the company again and again and only got a recorded message. On Wednesday at six in the evening we finally received the monitors. We've had a lot of difficulties on the shoot due to the lack of monitors and I had an assistant trying to contact this company for hours, when she could have helped on the shoot in many other ways. I would like to be reimbursed the £ 27.00 extra that we paid for speedy delivery, but I doubt I will ever manage to talk to a human being. All in all an experience I don't ever want to repeat.

Fantastic service!
I recently ordered some equipment through Camerakings. I was very impressed with their website but more than that the service they provide was excellent.
My equipment was delivered when they said it would, was well packed and the quality was very good. I had to use the Camerakings after sales service and the only thing I can say is that the representative, Sagi was a credit to the company, helpful, polite and kept me up to date with the solution to my questions, thank you Camerskings and Sagi!

Decent gear at a low price, and a fantastic service!
I ordered a camera cage and a follow focus from Camerakings and I received it all very quickly. The really neat thing about this is that Camerakings pay ALL import fees (In Denmark of which there are many) and the shipping is free. Unfortunately my follow focus was broken when it arrived. I contacted Camerakings (very nice and fast response!) and now they are sending me a new one without any cost.
At this stage - VERY dissatisfied
I've been looking for a decent camera crane/jib for a while and came across the 9ft Jib with dolly and JR remote head which was all ideal for my needs - i even purchased a power pack for the remote head for an additional £180 (or thereabouts) the total came to £888. I looked for alternatives on ebay which came in at around £600 all in but as i was unsure of the shipping/tax situation i figured the camerakings option was worthwhile as that was all included in the price.
I contact camerakings on the usual support email address as i needed the jib for a job the following weekend - they got back to me promptly and said they would be able to deliver the jib and all the other add-ons the following day - so i placed my order.
The next day the order arrived - i unpacked the delivery the following day and set about putting the Jib together. Immediatly it became apparent there were bits missing and some of the design was shoddy at best.
The main issues i encountered were:
*The Tripod dolly didn't come with the attachment which allows the tripod to be secured to it
* The jib itself comes in three parts, the stand (which is actually a speaker stand) and the jib arm itself which comes in two parts.
the jib arm which comes in two parts wasn't able to connect - i tried a number of times but when i laid it out flat i noticed the issue was the holes were drilled into the wrong place which meant the bottom section connected without problems but the top section on part a was too high so couldn't connect to part b...
i sent pictures and a detailed description of both problems on thursday night and waited for a response.. nothing arrive on friday so i started to call the phone numbers, used live chat and left various voicemails, emails etc - no response again until i left a facebook message on their wall and someone responded saying they will be in touch on monday.,...
monday came - no response, tuesday i was sent a tracking number - they sent out a new dolly BUT i was then asked all kinds of questions about the jib arm issue which i responded to. no response on tuesday so i msged them again on facebook and got a response on wednesday which i replied to with detailed notes, diagrams and pictures yet the person on the other end seems to think i'm some kind of idiot who can't connect two ends of square tubing via an aluminium block as a connector... he sent me the manual again (which i already have) and i responded with the same response "it's not connecting"
It's thursday today (basically a full week since i first reported the issues) and now i'm waiting for someone to call me on friday so they can explain how it all connects...
i should note the 2 bookings i had which required the jib were cancelled (... as i didn't have a jib to operate!) and i'm basically stuck with a pile of metal which is of no real use.
I can say with absolute certainty the part will need to be replaced (if i had the time i would buy a drill and do the required work myself but having paid close to £900 i didn't expect to!)
i'm not satisfied with the service these guys have provided me thus far, i'm out of pocket and fed up of the shoddy support i've been provided with.
i will update this review in a few days to see what the resolution is..

So far lack of response to emails, unable to reach on telephone and live chat
Having put my trust in Camerakings, placing my very first orders today with a total in excess of £2,000.00, the first part of the order arrived in prompt time, good packing, but sadly, only the tripod heads arrived, the stands and spreaders that come with them, are missing.
I checked the shipment notification of items that had been dispatched, the total number of parcels, but still not stands or spreaders for the heads.
I have since sent in 5 emails, and via the contact us page, but as yet no one has responded. No one has been able to answer the phone and the live chat is down, I can only hope the remaining items arrive that were over £1,200.00 pounds worth...
It seems in my case that customer service is lacking, and my trust in them...
Sorry Camerakings but my experience with order issues has not been great at all...
