Fantastic service to be honest. I ordered a jacket in size L which turned out to be too big for me and wanted a M so needed to return the item. Shipping was free, even on my sale item, and a free returns label was also included. I contacted them about the return on Instagram and they got back to me within minutes - all sorted! Excellent service and very happy with the product too
