Order Returned Due to Seller Error – No Refund Issued
I placed an international order on this website and the product was shipped to Brazil. The package arrived in the country but was returned to the sender by Brazilian Customs because the seller used an insufficient and overly generic description on the customs form (CN22/CN23).
Brazilian Customs officially confirmed that the return occurred due to incorrect documentation provided by the sender, not the buyer. There were no unpaid duties and no action I could take as a customer. The item was automatically rejected and sent back to the country of origin.
Despite providing official customs documentation and proof that the package was returned, the seller refused to issue a refund and repeatedly attempted to shift responsibility onto me. After nine months, the order was never delivered, and the seller continues to deny reimbursement.
Based on my experience — lack of accountability, misleading responses, and refusal to refund even after the product was returned — I cannot recommend purchasing from this store.
