We found Sam2 & Rachael incredibly helpful when looking to purchase a double buggy. It transpired our daughter was too tall and or close to the weight limit for us to go down that route so we opted for a buggy board instead. We hadn’t considered weight being an issue but thankfully this was pointed out to us prior to the purchase. We didn’t feel under any pressure to make a purchase which is nice for what could have been a high pressure sales environment. Would highly recommend- Thank you!

Sam2 was informative about the products we were interested in and gave a demonstration of fitting procedure for car seat.
Despite rain outside, Sam2 and Rachel spent time installing our chosen seat in the car. Overall excellent service

I bought an older model of changing bag from here that I had struggled to find anywhere else. I made an enquiry and received a response very quickly from Natasha, who was able to advise and provide information quickly. My order arrived the very next day and I am delighted with it.

We had an amazing experience! We walked in pretty clueless about what the options were and we were shown lots of options that would suit our needs across multiple price points. In the end we found two strollers to buy that together came in under the budget we had for one. The team were so lovely. Can’t recommend enough!

I wish I found this shop when I was pregnant with my first baby, the staff are so friendly and helped me with everything I will need for my second and offered me lots of advice for having 2 children close in age.
Didn’t over-sell and if anything saved me money!

I placed an order on the 4th March, luckily I took a screenshot of the order as I never received the confirmation email. A couple of days later I contact someone via the web chat about my order and I am told to wait 1 to 2 weeks. It’s now the 18th March so I thought I would reach out to get an ETA. I am told my product is out of stock. So I am choosing a refund and not sure how long that would take. If I had not chased them today I am not entirely sure they would have contacted me.

I've bought a car seat and replacement wheels / raincover for an old buggy from Groovy Style. They've been great. Customer service was super helpful and quick to respond to a query.

Ordered a urban jungle luxury at a super discounted price, Ordered over the weekend it was dispatched Monday and arrived Tuesday, had a small issue with what was shown on the website, for the error I was sent a gift also delivered next day! So so helpful and a very trustworthy site, will definitely be back, 5 stars from me :)

My order was delayed for a month, however I was made aware very quickly and was oftered a different yet similar item. I chose to wait for my item to come back into stock. When my item was delivered it was open, items were missing and some were dirty, however when I contacted their costomer service team and they were fantastic! They had my order delivered next day with extra packaging, to ensure it wouldn't happen again. I was so thankful to Ashley for all her help !

I ordered a highchair for my baby. The item was dispatched and delivered quickly. The package was in perfect condition. The highchair is exactly as expected. Great service and authentic products. I recommend!
