I have ordered pair of shoes from them.
Delivery status pending almost 2 weeks, they dont respond on mails.
I hope bank will reclaim money back

I have only good to say about this company.
I had some issues with a pair of shoes that I bought earlier this year & I communicated that with them.
They were fast at giving me a reply and solution oriented and just very helpful over all.

If you are thinking about buying shoes online, be aware that it’s many fake websites out there, I believe that’s what has happened to other people writing negative reviews here.
I received a recommendation to look through the website, the contact page, about the company etc and there you can easily discover if it’s valid or not.

Impossible to get hold of - feel like I’ve been scammed and lost £70

Scam company!!! I reported this company to the fraud division of my bank having paid £45 for a pair of shoes in the sale but noticed my account had been charged with nearly £70. They agreed it was a scam. It looks pretty convincing but I noticed a couple of red flags, which sadly were not enough to prevent me from making a purchase. For instance the size chart didn't relate to shoes but only to clothing and the delivery window for a supposed UK company was between 5 and 30 days which seems an inappropriately long window. I think I mentally gave them the benefit of the doubt on these issues thinking that the errors were due to it being a newly set up UK groundies website.

Ordered 2 pairs from what I thought was Grounds uk site, the shoes were then shipped from China, I was then given a tracking number that said they were delivered, which they weren't. I suspect this is a fake site.

Had confirmation from groundies official website that it is a scam fake website, luckily paid by Paypal and got a refund.

I question whether this site is legitimate - the behaviour of the seller is against the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

This is my story:
I ordered two pairs of shoes from this site in March. After waiting for a few weeks in good faith - the site says delivery varies, it can take up to a month - I contacted them a few days ago to see if there is any update.
I got a response a few days later saying that my parcel was sent via Japan Post and they seem to have lost it. They said that if I could accept a 40% refund that would be great.
I wrote back and asked for a 100% refund - this time they offered 50% as "100% refund is really hard for us."
This is unacceptable, so my next step is going to be a request for chargeback from my bank. I will also report them to the Trading Standards.
On my bank statement the transaction came under "DANCEWITHTHEMOUNTAIN" and the companies location is in Vilnius (Lithuania).

After digging around online I discovered that there are other suspicious sites that claim to sell the Groundies brand, for example "groundies.de" which has bad reviews here, on Trustpilot.
