Sent the WRONG item. when someone answered he could not even tell me the company's website URL!! When someone else answered he said, "I'm at home on Paternity Leave, press option 2" -- back to the original guy!
John is great to work with, he's super quick at giving me quotes when I ask, he usually comes back to me within an hour. His prices are very competitive as well. His drivers are well organised, helpful and punctual. I'd happily recommend his services.
What a fantastic company to work with. Dealt with John and everything was great from obtaining the initial quote which was very good to completion.
Arrived to pick up the parcel and i was sent an email to say when it was delivered with a picture, and the name of the person who received the goods.

Thank you so much to John and the team! What an amazing service, from start to finish. I was a bit reluctant at the beginning as communication was through WhatsApp initially but John put me a ease. John communicated throughout the day letting me know collection and delivery times giving a time frame. Group 4 Logistics were very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend, thank you once again.
Absolutely fantastic service, we were in a bit of a situation, they delivered on time and saved the day for us, would recommend them anytime.
I was sceptical as it was a new company not much information like many people are, I had actually only seen one comment on a facebook chat.
Anyway I thought lets see i couldn't be bothered with 7 hour travel and trailer hire cost fuel alone would have been more, so i messaged all through whatsapp got all the vehicle details, seller told me it had been picked up and i got it the next day you have choices i wasn't fussy so got it with a part load saved a fortune I was getting quote £1200 i got it for £250.
Service was excellent and very good prices helpful and friendly and would recommend to anyone else i certainly will be using them again and advising anyone else to give John a shout. Item was picked up sooner and arrived sooner than expected Delivery driver was helpful and great at both loading and unloading for anyone needing freight through out the UK on a weekly basis its well worth a shout.
Thanks again John i really appreciate it and its hard to find service like that at present here to more shipments.
