Thank you for the dishonest review from the fraudsters.

This buyer violated our policy. They attempted to steal our tools but failed. Then they falsely accused us of fraud with baseless accusations.

First: If we were defrauding them, we wouldn't have sent any products or services to the buyer. However, we did send the service to the user, and they accessed and used it. Proof of this buyer accessing our system is shown in the image below. If you have questions, why didn't you message us before purchasing or request support immediately upon receiving the goods? They only messaged us after using the tools for 3 days, then demanded unreasonable things from us. This buyer is clearly fraudulent.

Secondly: They accuse us of fraud by providing an app and forcing them to install it. This is a baseless accusation. We clearly state on our website that installing the app is required and that this must be accepted before making a purchase. No one buys anything from any website without researching and reading information about that website's services.

We provide transparent and clear information about how we provide services on our website.

This is a fraudulent accusation aimed at damaging our reputation, while we provide complete information, policies, and how we provide our services on our website.

Third: This buyer repeatedly requested our username and password. When we refused, they accused us of being a scammer.

This request from the buyer is completely unreasonable.

Fourth: We have terms and policies in place when providing services to users. We will not accept any user who intentionally violates our policies.

This buyer is trying to explain and blame everything on us while they themselves are fraudsters.

After thoroughly investigating this buyer's information, we discovered they are another tool seller who wanted to steal our tool to resell it. They had previously purchased tools from our website and acted similarly. Please verify that the reviews from BE are all from the same person.

BE CAREFUL WITH 1-STAR REVIEWS. These reviews are from resellers or buyers who violated our policies. We are not afraid to share information. We want to be transparent before we provide services to any user.

This is a fake review; I couldn't find any information from this reviewer stating they purchased Capcut from my website.

We are being targeted by many other sellers who are using dirty tactics by leaving negative reviews to damage our reputation. Because we provide such excellent service, and they cannot compete with us, they resort to this to tarnish our reputation. Be careful with this negative review; 99% of negative reviews are fake.

We sent the tools to this buyer, and he clearly received them. Now he's leaving a bad review saying we didn't send him the tools, which is fraudulent and untrue. The image below shows that we sent him the tools and confirmed this with him.

From this, it can be inferred that this buyer is another supplier trying to sabotage us with these malicious reviews.
There are many websites selling tools similar to ours worldwide, from many different countries. When they can't compete with us, they use these malicious reviews to damage our reputation.
Please be careful of these 1-star reviews.

TThis buyer is a reseller. He bought our service and wanted to steal our information. We canceled the order and refunded him, and he went on to leave a bad review about us. This reviewer is unbelievable. We will not tolerate any actions of buying our services for the purpose of misuse, reselling, or sharing.
