If I could give it no stars I would. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! They take your money and stop answering your calls. All of their telephone numbers online are to personal phone number not to a business. They blocked me and my husbands number on the day of pick up. WORST MISTAKE EVER.

I worked with Lucas he was very upfront with me and stayed in communication with me the entire time would recommend this company received a tow truck driver in 5 days and the process was very quick.

Serah Wilson was very nice and helpful. She gave me a price, I paid a deposit with the balance due with the driver at delivery. The day the driver was scheduled for pickup, some Simon called me with a lot of rude fast talking trying to go up on the price by a large amount saying the price was only an estimate. I was about to cancel the pickup. I talked back to Serah and agreed to pay an extra hundred dollars.
My motorcycle was delivered by a nice guy with a very nice truck and trailer in two days. I was very pleased with him.

They had great customer service! I spoke with Marina; she was very friendly and professional. She quoted me a good price to ship from NJ to MI and the price was guaranteed. I had no surprises. It was my first time shipping a car and she was great help. At first I thought it was a scam, but I was completely wrong. She guided me through the process, made sure everything was correct and my car was delivered in ONE day !

Stay away from this company if you don’t want to deal with chaos,lies,scam .They made me sign a contract before they find a driver for my vehicle, the contract was crystal clear and no mention of estimated. Once they got my car they try to make me pay more, mind you I paid 45% upfront for the service before they get the car picked up . I was supposed to pay for the remaining to the driver and he told me it was double that price on his contract. I was chocked, fast forward now my title is seized by the driver and I’m filed a report with all evidence ( messages, recorded phone calls,and all payment confirmation from the driver.
I forgot to add that there was a storage fee because they kept delaying the pick up and they sent me a Zelle number to pay back the driver but guess what , the driver never received it , they stole it from him.
Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

some mis communication however James Mitchell was of great service in communicating the information from me to a carrier and my shipment was delivered much faster than I had anticipated and it was in exactly the same condition as when it was accepted by the driver.

I've dealt with countless transporters prior to dealing with GrouponfreIght and this company is hands down the absolute best in my opinion. I had a great experience with, Mike Ross, who seemed to be honest and straight to the point as to how this industry operates. In hindsight, I can definitely say that Mike Ross was a Godsend for me and my situation. I had other transporters giving me the run-around while allegedly still working to get my vehicle transported, and Mike was able to succeed where the others failed. He did a great job getting my vehicle transported. I still had the previous transport companies updating me with delays and promises well after Grouponfreight had ny car delivered. They were totally left in the dust. For the second time in so much as a week, they came through for me. Great job Mike/Griuponfreight!
