Grow Uk Odoo Avis 23

The purchase was so smooth. I ordered my AMD 9800X3D CPU ( I recommended over any Intel CPU for any gaming build! ), It arrived to my door step within 3 days, I am so happy with the overall experience with GROWUK..

I had the same experience as Adrian Fernandes and Dan Man.
No communication from Grow UK when asked for tracking details via Web Chat/ Help Ticket or emailing directly and nothing delivered after 2 weeks.

As others have stated, this is a scam. Paypal payments made to Grow UK goes to Off Gamers as 'Store Credit' for a different amount.
Off Gamers claim they are not associated with Grow UK when I asked for a refund.

After opening a Paypal Dispute and sending all the order info & Trust Pilot links to others who were scammed, Paypal ruled in my favour.

Edit: As the seller is adding Fake 'Updated Reviews', most 5 star reviews below are probably written by the seller too. Please avoid this site.

They did some checks on my first order then product handled professionally and all customer support inquiries handled quick and easily.

Needs improvement on customer service for tracking the Goods, I have to ask for tracking details by a human, They do reply within 1 working day, Excellent prices and packaging need`s no improvements there. This is a scam, do not order/buy anything off this website. It appears the payment made to Grow UK is directed to Off Gamers to facilitate the scam. This lines up with my experience too.

Website has fake VAT / business numbers and displays a fake trustpilot review of 5 star.

Update to my negative review, I decided to pull the trigger and purchase from Grow UK Sales, ended up getting my purchase delivered on time!

Sorry, I lost access to my old trustpilot account so I can`t edit the original one..

They were efficient and the order came swiftly..

Sales Grow UK is an unregistered company that lists fake VAT registration numbers and company register numbers that lists a completely different company. They claim to have 5 stars on Trustpilot which isn't true and there most recent review from "Sophie Gray" just so happens to be an OffGamers account. I realised that the PayPal payment went to Offgamers not Grow Sales UK this is because the person running the website is trying to get you to credit there OffGamers account. Do not trust this website I used PayPal dispute to get my money back. They claim to accept cards but I put in different cards and no matter what they failed as they want you to get scammed by funding there OffGamer account.

Fast delivery no issues, also cancelled and refunded other order that no longer needed

This is second item I`ve bought from GROW-UK, the first was a pc that has been fantastic the second was for my sim racing setup and both times the price and delivery and communication have been great, would highly recommend.

I purchased a product 10 days ago. I have no communication from them since payment. I made every attempt to contact to them ( live chat, message, email) multiple occasion. Absolute silence. I am not able to reach anyone. No response from the company

I ordered a PlayStation 5 from Grow UK Odoo, but they never delivered the product. They provided no tracking details, yet falsely claimed the item was delivered. This website is a scam—avoid it at all costs!

Paid £349.99 for a PS5 and not received it. The phone number doesn't work and the email address you get no reply so they are obviously massive scammers and this site needs to be shut down
