It was my second time buying from this…
It was my second time buying from this site. The first time I bought growing pot bags and was very impressed and happy with my purchase. So I decided to buy once again the same growing pot bags but this time it was not as the old ones but yet on their website they had the same old pictures. I sent email to the customer service and they told me to send the order back. Funny thing is I paid 100€ for the order and I went to the post office and they said I have to pay 100€ to return it.
I learned my lessons so I won’t buy again from this company.

We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the quality. We are not aware of a difference in quality or a change in the product from the manufacturer. What exactly is different about the product from your point of view? A shipment from Sweden to Germany, with a weight of approx. 2kg costs on average 12€, here I would go to the post office again, as 100€ would be extremely overpriced and this cannot be.
