Wunderlich products
Recently bought several Wunderlich products from GS Accessories for my R1300 Gsa and every time it was an easy process
Looked at a few type of pannier system and eventually decided on the Wunderlich system fro Gs Access as the were easy to contact and made me the customer feel confident that an expensive purchase fro them would run smoothly.

Awesome Customer Service
As soon as i placed the order , within 3 minutes i had a call from GS Accessories saying there would be a slight delay of a few days on the order i had placed. They offered full refund or refund the postage costs , cant get better service than that , few days later the item arrived as promised and they even emailed to say it was shipped. Will use again and recommend highly.

I recently purchased a new screen, panniers and racks, Denali lights, a HEX ezCAN, and crash bars from GS Accessories, and I couldn't be happier with the service.
All items were delivered within a reasonable timeframe and arrived exactly as expected. Communication throughout the process was first-class, with Andy always available to answer questions and provide updates.
The customer service really sets GS Accessories apart. In fact, the experience has been so positive that I'm actually looking forward to meeting Andy in person at the ABR Festival this year.

GS Accessories processed and shipped my order efficiently & quickly. From point of order to delivery was two days.
Parts came with all instructions & wiring instructions/connectors which made fitting very easy.
I will use them again and based on my purchase would recommend them.
