I made an enquiry about their high end Photoshop deal (still currently a live offer on their website).
They took days to respond despite using their automated messaging and a follow up email.
Finally I received a curt reply saying that the deal was no longer available due to supplier issues.
There was nothing else in their reply offering an alternative.
Their website still shows them as ‘in stock’.
Just a really sad experience of trying to use their services with no effort from the company to help me out.

I have been well assisted with advise, flexibility and very good communication during my gaming pc purchase. A special gratitude to Gary for high dedication and lots of patience to demanding customers.

Nothing but good things to say about GSC! Needed my PC for a number of different reasons but wasn't sure exactly what I needed in terms of parts. The team guided me to a few different price options for "Good", "Better" and "Best". Went with the middle option and it has been great!

Rang The shop and explained what I needed/played, very helpful Gary was. Ordered me new pc, arrived 4days later. Absolutely delighted with it. Purchased a gaming pc from gsc and the whole process was perfect. I had a couple of questions before I ordered and they were answered quickly. It was packaged brilliantly and arrived on time. Everything was installed on the pc and all I had to do was plug it in and turn it on.

Why am I writing a review a month later? Well mostly because I forgot to sooner and to be honest these guys DESERVE good reviews and more exposure!

To be honest, at the time I was going to with a person who is very local to me, who I've had good experiences in the past. Yet whenever I looked at the price to buy the parts individually I quite obviously balked at how expensive they are, not that they werre selling them, but they would put it together for me.

I happened across an advert for GSC Computers on Facebook and went onto their website and I looked at their prices compared to what was on offer and I was astounded by the price of their pre-made systems were.

Astounded by how relatively low they were that is. Seriously, I honestly thought there's maybe something a bit dodgy going on, so my brother and I both went down after booking the day off from work to do so since they weren't open on the weekend.

Suffice to say it was a decision I didn't regret and a trip well worth it.

Gary, the owner, was VERY knowledgeable. He went into detail about a number of topics such as how he was able to have his PCs so relatively cheap, why he wasn't open at the weekends as well as just talking shop about PC parts and recommendations in general from his 13/14 years in the business.

I also got him an extra customer that day since my older brother also bought a PC from him there and then since he was also impressed with his knowledge.

Seriously if you are in Northern Ireland and have the time to take off, go down and speak with Gary, it'll be well worth it!

There was slight (1 day)delay with build up of my new computer (processor out of stock). Guys apologized for it and threw brand new mouse&keyboard to keep me sweet. I thought it was very professional. All packed very safe, all good and working perfectly.

Great service, no issues with my new pre-built PC and was delivered early and in perfect condition. Can't recommend enough.

The computer arrived as described, at a competitive price. It is quieter than I expected and it is working really well. Good job guys, I would buy from you again without hesitation. Good price, rapid delivery and an easy to understand company. To put this in context, I ordered this computer around 7am, by 11am I had comments of dispatch and by the following morning (25 hours later) I had delivery.
