PC arrived quickly and in good order. When I rang with a problem setting it up I was helped immediately and very competently by the friendly and patient guy that answered my call.

We had the best experience. Quick shipping and the pc is fantastic. Rang them with queries and always responsive.

I accidentally selected in store collection rather than delivery, and the support team immediately helped and sent me a payment link and changed by order to delivery. Very grateful for that.

Upgraded my PC with GSc Gary was very helpful and I got sorted within a few minutes I picked the pc up and been enjoying it ever since.

So at very short notice I urgently needed to buy a laptop . I contacted Gary at GSC just before lunchtime and collected my new laptop at 5 pm, by which time Gary had all the software installed that I would ever need . What really impressed me was their friendly enthusiasm .

It's rare these days for a business and its employees to take the time and consideration to put the customer first. However, this was my experience with Gary and his business. After placing my order, he kindly called me for a friendly chat. He wasn't trying to sell me anything extra that I didn't need or hoping to persuade me to give them a good review. His call was simply to check in with me and ensure everything was satisfactory. Delivery was swift, the product great, the customer service impeccable and my faith restored in humanity again. It's the small personal touches that do it for me and I can say without hesitation, that if I had had a problem with the delivery, or the setup, or indeed the product itself, I know Gary and the team would have taken the time to help. Efficient and safe delivery of goods

I ordered a gaming machine for my son online and it was delivered 2 days later. The team in GSC were helpful with the few queries I had. They are very competitively priced and the parcel was very well packaged for transit with the courier. I would definitely be doing business with GSC again.

GSC Computers - I have always been a believer in using locally based business, that way when you have a problem you have someone to turn to for help - Try doing that with the Big Sellers, A lengthy phone wait, no answer, no help ! I ordered a PC on-line, late on a Monday afternoon. I added in some extras, which I was keen to talk about before placing the order. I was able to talk to someone at the company, instantly. This is a massive confidence builder, in this day and age. I placed the order, and by Wednesday mid day, I had an email telling me that the PC was ready to collect. Everything worked perfectly.

very quick response and delivery - courier firm were a bit slow getting it to us but thats not GSC fault ;) My son was delighted and with instructions provided he set the whole thing up himself.

Called at the earliest opportunity to advise me that the item I purchased was faulty. Explained in good detail what the fault was and what options I had. Replacement was sent out as soon as possible. Would shop here again!
