HGV Driving Experience
Enjoyed a fantastic HGV Driving Experience today. A chance to drive - with no previous lorry driving experience - a 45 ton capacity DAF articulated lorry. Clear instruction allowed me the chance to manoeuvre the vehicle in many different driving situations. It requires a lot of concentration.
Good value activity and it really made me wish I could do the formal training with GS Driver Training. Alas, I am retired, but maybe a return visit one day!

Keep on Trucking
Son and I got bought an experience day driving a HGV with GS Driver training. We both had a great time. The weather helped but we both enjoyed trucking around the airport like Rubber Duck in Convoy. Son doubly sure he wants to get into lorry driving now. Driving instructor was great, friendly, chilled and helpful.

Great from start to finish !
My instructor Ben was extremely friendly and made me feel at ease and gave me brilliant advice and training during my time doing the course, he adapted his approach to his training which best suited me, and it worked wonders which resulted in me passing first time, I will 100% recommend this driver training company to anyone who’s looking to get their HGV licence.

From start to finish I received support from GS training. I got a very helpful package with mock questions and hazard perception tests for the theory for my C classification. I was given clear direction, flexible dates for instruction and rapid responses to any questions I had.
The course itself was great. I got an excellent standard of tuition from Dan and Ben. They are knowledgeable, helpful and patient! I learnt a lot from them and passed! Thank you

What an amazing team! All the people I met were great and friendly to talk to. My instructor for my course was Helen and I can honestly say that it was a really relaxed and made the course enjoyable and constructive. Passed C1 in 3 days
The team did their best to fit me in as early as possible and made the process easy. I had 3 instructors over my 3 days all were fantastic, very knowledge and friendly.
With the help of GS driver training I was able to pass my C1 in 3 days !

Completed Cat C training with GS. Great experience - Sharree was very helpful with all the administrative stuff. The website provided for theory revision was great and I passed theory and hazard first time. Practical training with Ben and Helen was also great and I passed practical first time. Really enjoyed my truck drive and…
Really enjoyed my truck drive and instructor Ben was a super chap - friendly and calm. Emails from Sharree were very prompt.
Wasn’t quite sure where to wait when we arrived, that’s all, as there’s no office - but it doesn’t take long to spot the articulated truck.
Great fun and a new found respect for reversing!
