Delivered on the agreed date with no hassle as normal

Delivery issue
Ordered oil on the 25/02/2023.
Opted for before or on due 10th March. It is the 13th and still no delivery, we’ve gone through 3days without (we ran out Friday evening) hot water and heating due to this. Tried contacting on the 11th as online said you were open and got no answer ALL day. Phoned up 13/03/2023 and only got an apology, they said that we should have had our delivery on the 11th but the driver returned it without explanation, I was in the house all day so there was no reason why they couldn’t deliver. Got to wait another day now for heating in this cold weather.Definitely not happy with this experience after ordering 2-3 weeks before running out of oil. Surely you would prioritise customers that have no oil at all that’s phoned up and asked to deliver when they have been waiting two weeks for their delivery.

Paid for a relatively quick delivery (within 5 days). Delivery arrived 4 days late, with no communication from G Thomas. No refund given for a delayed delivery.

Refund shambles
Been a loyal customer with monthly direct debit for over 25 years. Stopped my direct debit as their price was £80 more than another company= £240 over the year (have 3 deliveries a year usually). Had almost £800 in credit. Requested a refund on 6th Jan, and still waiting for my money 24/1/23- 6 phone calls later, and "unfortunately, human error caused the delay. Put the wrong sort code in". Took my money monthly for years with no problem at all! Refund now due 27th Jan. Feel phone call no 7 coming on Friday evening!

Very reliable and friendly service. We were about to run out of oil before Christmas and they brought forward our delivery date to ensure we didn't run out.
