I was nervous about selling my car online but everything went smoothly with Guaranteed Car Buyers. Having the guarantee of a very competitive price 'locked in' up front was amazing. To be honest, it sounded too good to be true but that's what I was paid. Perhaps I could have got more but this was ideal for us. Communication from Tony was very good and the driver who collected my car, Hamza, was polite and efficient. Satisfied customer.

Some other well known car buying companies got me in and then offered a quarter of the price what they originally quoted. I found Guaranteed Car Buyers on google and honestly had never heard of them before. Put my car on their website with photos and video. Paige called me to talk through how things work and check my expectations. Later that day Paige called me with an offer on my car which I chose to accept. Car collected within 2 days, straight forward handover. Payment made to my account before car was driven away. They sorted the V5 and i had an email within the hour from the DVLA to state I was no longer the owner. Courtesy call the next day to check I was happy with everything. Really quick and professional service, stress free, will recommend to others. Thank you Paige!

Great communication, got me the best price for my non runner, all done with agreed price upfront. Payment made before car put on to recovery vehicle. Driver very pleasant and friendly. Had a good initial offer online, but after a phone call the price was knocked down quite a bit by what they called the underwriters, which I wasn’t happy about. This meant the original online offer wasn’t really a guaranteed price as advertised.
However, I wanted the car gone as I already had another car and wasn’t getting much use out of the Land Rover.
I was paid a deposit and collection was arranged, although they arrived 2 hours later than the agreed time. They did keep me informed throughout, which was good. The collection driver was polite and friendly, and despite the delay the whole process was straightforward in the end.

From the start of the process to the end this company has been an absolute pleasure to deal with,every query I had was answered ffextremely quickly and professionally.In our case the quote given was the amount we received,but I would say to any seller if you are accurate in your description of your vehicle you need not fear receiving an amended offer.When it came to collection and payment the process was professional with a driver who was courteous and at no time did we feel under any form of pressure,I don't often give reviews but I this case I am happy to do so due to the outstanding level of customer service we received .
