I'd needed a new bottom retainer for a long time and after some research, decided to go with GuardianPro to get it done, using their discount code made them cheaper than others. The impression kit came within two days, and whilst I had a little delay with receiving the retainer in the end (postage I guess due to COVID), I never had any issues with their customer service, it was in fact, excellent. Shout-out to Will, who would reply to my emails from the moment I hit Send. His helpful and friendly communication made all the difference. The retainer arrived today and it fits like a glove. Thanks again guys, I'll be back when my top retainer needs replacing. :)

Will was absolutely brilliant on the communication! The first impression kit arrived promptly but unfortunately was too big for my mouth. Will was brilliant and put a smaller one in the post for me which I received in no time! Once I’d sent my impressions back I received my retainer very quickly. Retainer was great quality and fit! Will not hesitate to use Will in future! Great customer service, quality and turn over time!

I needed a replacement retainer and they have been very quick to assist me. I am using a clear retainer and I sent them my digital scan from my dentist. I did not need to make and send an impression model to them, they were able to use the digital file. Will was very helpful and clear on the process and transparent on the charges too. No surprises. It took 6 days for me to receive the new retainer from the time I made the call to inquire. The retainer itself seem to be of good quality and looks exactly the same as what I was getting from my dentist but half the price! Unfortunately I had to buy new retainer from my dentist almost every 3 months because it just breaks or cracks. I am so pleased with my experience with Guardian Pro! I will definitely go back to them for my future retainer needs especially when I complete my lower arch invisalign (fingerscrossed)! ;)

I'm very happy with my retainers. The service has been great from start to finish and I was given good advice on how to clean the retainers. Definitely good value for money!

It was easy and simple to make the impressions. The retainers I got fit perfectly. I would recommended to anyone needing a replacement retainer.

Highly recommend this company. I needed new retainers and the cheapest dentist quote was ridiculously expensive (I’m based in London). I found this company and wanted to check the reviews on trustpilot rather than their website. There was only one review but I still went for it because the price was a fourth of what I was going to pay if I chose to do it via the dentist.
Got the delivery in two dates with all the instructions and a video on how to make a cast of the upper and lower retainer, sent it off and within exactly seven days (as suggested) I received my retainers!
They are better than the ones I had before.

I found this company through a couple of Google searches. When I checked TrustPilot and saw that there were no reviews, I was a little sketched out.
But I had seen they had good reviews on their website so I gave it a go.

I can say that this company were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very simple process from start to finish. The home mould kit is very good and easy to use.

The retainers I received are excellent quality, and much better than the ones I got from the NHS after I had completed my jaw surgery.

I whole heartedly recommend this company if you're looking for a good quality retainer!
