I have been buying from Guardian Vape for some months now and have found their service excellent. When something I’ve ordered was out of stock they’ve called me to discuss alternatives. They offer discounts for quantities, buy 5 pods, on top of their already excellent prices. Dispatch is prompt, with delivery usually within 2 working days of order. Can’t fault them!

I've used guardian vapes for around 6-8 months and will not go anywhere else now. Brilliant company, very quick shipping and extremely good prices if you buy in bulk. I always buy aonyhs supply and get a free gift. Never had an issue and if they don't have what you have ordered, they send you an email asking if you want something else or a refund. 190% recommend.

Always order with Guardian Vape. Great customer feedback. Unbearable prices, genuinely wouldn’t take my business elsewhere. I’m not the most experienced lad when it comes to vaping but there are a variety of options and again, pricing is incredibly reasonable and over half what you’d pay in a supermarket, off-licence shop etc. Would 100% reccomend and give 6 stars if I could😄

First thing vapes are good. the prices even on sale aren’t great but I can’t knock the vapes I have spent few hundred of pounds here. but I noticed when doing my last order it says if you order 5 or more times you will get a gift which just to ask why offer something and they don’t gave it to people so I sent a email to asked about why I hadn’t got a gift but got no reply they threw a 50p teddy bear more 5p am being nice about the teddy in with my order and then changed the offer now it’s spend £50 or more to get a gift and you end up getting a 50p more 5p teddy from a site who don’t sell teddy bears and I am over pricing the teddy rubbish if you going to gave offers make sure you gave them and you sell vapes not teddys so a offer of a vape related item would make more sense please stop sending teddys to people as you will be liable if a kid chokes on it you don’t sell teddy you be better stick to what you sell bit of advice your customer service needs to improve 0 out of 5 for customer service
