I believe they should learn how to…

I believe they should learn how to teach their employees to welcome customers. When they enter ask them to help if needed. Not rudely stand on one corner and chat with each other and let the customer walk by. Without providing any assistance, I had a bad experience. I had quite a few questions. Nobody bothered to ask. So I lost sale for management. For training, as for guests hire more talented and people friendly employees

Refused to Fix Their Own Mistake

I had a terrible experience with G by GUESS at Coastland Mall. On July 14, 2025, I purchased a pair of shorts and confirmed with the cashier that if I later found my gift card, I could return the shorts and reapply the purchase to it. When I came back on July 16 with the gift card, the employee refunded the shorts incorrectly, onto the gift card instead of back to my credit card.

I understood mistakes happen, but the real problem began when no one would fix it. The store supervisor admitted they couldn’t help, customer service told me to file a credit card dispute, and even after months of back and forth, I was left without a resolution. I still have all my receipts proving what happened.

G by GUESS refuses to take responsibility for their mistake and made me jump through hoops for a simple refund. This is some of the worst customer support I’ve ever experienced. Shoppers should know this company does not stand behind its promises or its sales.

They said they had delivered it twice but it never arrived
I've asked for a refund many times
But they keep fobbing me off saying they are investigating
NEVER NEVER NEVER buy anything from these guys
Untrustworthy
They really Don't care
I'm sure they are operating illegally by not giving back money for items not received
If I could put less than one star I would

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful. I was travelling from the UK and it was our last day so I came to the Staten Island store and bought a watch. The next day as we were leaving for the airport it broke. The pin came out of band that was attaching it to the watch face. I contacted Guess and they referred me to timex. I sent the watch out and they said they can’t repair it, when they sent it back it had a missing part and hadn’t even been put back together properly. Now I have a one hundred dollar watch that’s absolutely worthless to me. Absolute scam wouldn’t trust this place at all.

DISGUSTING,DONT BUY,DONT USE KLARNA

Mother of 3 medically down on her luck had to shamelessly borrow money to purchase clothes for her growing daughter, thinking (Don’t worry hunny, you’ll have nice clothes, mom can make the rest of the payments” only to agree with Klarna yo make an initial payment of $62.99, not even that much, and then I agree to this payment to then be turned around and say you weren’t approved after myself and my daughter thought they payment went thru. What a SH!++¥ feeling! I hope your happy GUESS AND/OR GUESS FACTORY… how sad!! Working with companies like Klarna, scamming ppl into believing they are purchasing from you and breaking a little girls heart! THE WORST PART IS NOW WE ARE OUT THAT MONEY AND ALL THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS TO SAY IS “IG WELL WAIT 1-7 DAYS” THEIFS IN MY EYES

I don't think this website is legit

I don't think this website is legit. Bought 2 winter jackets. Looks like a first copy. As I have another old guess jacket, I checked everything as I felt something's not right.

There are few things that are off with the branding. No spelling mistakes, yet very much unlike a guess jacket branding.

If you don't want to pay a close eye, the product does look decent for the price. But I don't feel like it is legit product.

Everything arrived on time.

Update: Returned the items, Refund processed on agreed time. They charge $11 CAD for returns, if you use their label, for one package.

Afterall good purchase

My order of 4 items was shipped at different times in different shipments and this detail wasn't specify before I paid, I didn't like it but at end everything arrived fast and in the sizes I bought them.

Customer service is very good

I bought from them ... the order was shipped ... the order was delivered ... but not for me ..., I contacted them and did not respond to me ... I contacted the shipping company ups and was not responded to me ... I lost money. I will not repurchase them ... because of poor customer service
