Delays in Response Time

Our filed adjuster was let go from the company and we were not informed. Our in house adjuster did not get back to us in a timely manner which caused delays in our repair work.

Coverage determinations are based on the loss facts and the application of your policy to the loss in question. In this case, the damage was a result of collapse due to improper workmanship. Improper workmanship is excluded by the language of your policy.
We regret the claim outcome was not as you expected.

Everyone I talked to was very helpful

Everyone I talked to was very helpful, and were able to answer any questions I had. They were timely in getting things processed quickly so we were able to get the repairs done in a timely fashion.

Great to work with.

They are always friendly, helpful and find the answers that are needed. They go above and beyond, suppling information and helpful suggestions. They let us know when legal changes are taking place that can affect us. They review and make sure we are getting the best service for our money.

Great Customer Service

The turn around time on recording is great. I would like to see a portal to manage the claims. Upload the invoices or documents. See what checks were paid or received. Hub network to cross utilize transactions.
