We couldn’t be happier with the service from Guide. The work was carried out to a really high standard. The engineer was very professional, tidied up after himself and very hard working, he didn’t even take a break. We would definitely recommend Guide Security Services to friends and family and wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future
Really happy with the service from Guide Security following a recent engineer visit to carry out maintenance. The engineer arrived on time, was very friendly, and extremely professional throughout. We were recommended by friends to speak to Guide Security for a intruder alarm and CCTV system.
From the sales team coming out to survey our property to the technical guys supporting along the way of the installation, CCTV apps etc they were exceptional and very professional.
We also have our systems monitored by Guide's 24/7 monitoring station and they are brilliant in handling all our system remotely supporting us from resetting our system to the cctv cameras if they are blocking any views.

I started working for Guide Security approx 4 months ago and can honestly say it's one of the best companies I've joined in the past 10 years. I've learnt so much in my short time here as they do things differently to all other companies I've been to. The staff have all been very welcoming and I now feel part of the team
This company is top notch , a big shout out to the care and consideration given by the staff in the control room they are always attentive, nothing is ever a problem
Nearly all the staff are racist, homophobic and disgusting. Perving at women on the camera, falling asleep, burping and farting all night. Not to mention they didn’t pay my tax for 6 months resulting in me owing £1500 worth of unpaid tax. Joker company, and of the clients knew how inept they were, they would leave.
In reply to the reply. I was moved from one night shift to another as I could not work with the racists, and of course the manager who is in a different building who comes for a few hours a week is aware of everything that going on. Equality, yet every person who works in the arc is a white male.... Jokers
