I am just sharing my genuine experience. Previously there were some bugs but they seem to resolve it very quickly. Now seems like there is more game to try on which is cool. The bonus given is quite interesting

I had received a mail saying I won 1000AED in July 2025. An agent contacted me for further details, stated that the amount won will be credited to my account in 21 days. Till date it has not happened, and the people are least bothered to respond, too. Without crediting the amount they shared our details, too, on their page. Do not recommend this at all..... Its run by Fraudsters.

I got a winning amount of 1000 dhiram in my wallet aug 2025 and got a mail from the team says that the money will be credited to my account with in 21 days but not yet any updates, I mailed them severel time but no response, I never recommend this lottery

I have been buying tickets for nearly e year. I used to regularly buy tickets, with minor wins being used to re buy new tickets.
In January, I received a call saying my ticket won the raffle for 1000 AED. It September now.
I have called them close to 50 times, every time the customer support says, in a day or two it will get credited.
Prior to this win they used to call me to ask why I had missed buying a ticket, or to remind me to buy a ticket. Now: radio silence!!
They are an absolute fraud!!

If i have option I gave them 0 star total fake company my 3103 aed didn't give me from last year sept 2024 to this sept still remaining dont play they just fooling people i have lost 5600 aed to buy tickets and won small amount 3103 withdrawal they didn't give me no answer on mailed and called also please beware from this scammers if they give you free tickets don't buy they all are scammers

Amount is not paid by gulf ticket ,doing only fraud by guld ticket

it is not Trust Worthy, bcoz i am 1000 dhs Raffle Draw Win and after i am With draw this money in my bank Account. after in this time(more than 6 Month) not credited this amount. more time i contact to customer Service, he Say, System Is Complaint.
in this 6 month, system Complaint, How to Trust This Company? Any one in this same issue?

It’s a totally fake and scams I got 2 times raffle winners but I haven’t received any money it’s been 1 years I have sending emails more than 50 times but nothing happened

This website totally scam, I don't know where to compliment to ban this website, I won AED1000 on 11 April 2025 and I withdraw that on same day till they won't pay my withdrawal amount, they are just collecting our photos and publishing on social media by successfully claimed AED1000 with our photo that we shared but in reality not received that amount till now and customer support is very poor like that are never exists, so please don't participate on this fake platform try other.

Big scammer once u win u will never get your ŵinning and even they don't have chat option in insta or Facebook I don't know how to ban gulf ticket

Totally fraud site won 2 raffles worth 2000 Aed and as per the commitment money was supposed to reach to your account in 21 days but it's been over 2 months still no sign of money coming to your account please don't waste your hard earned money on this lottery.

I have to get 5350 aed from 28.9 24 onwards.This is fraud .They are like Gulf First Broker Scam.I send mail to GCGRA and so many institutions.But no use.Now I have send a letter by post to PMO of Dubai .All are send letter to them by this way.they will do something.Gulfticket is not registered in Dubai.If we send mail to any authority , the receptionist will read and close the mail.I have a belief that no fraud is allowed in Dubai.But this is clearly happening.

I won the Magic 5 Raffle from Gulf Ticket on November 14, 2024, and it’s now been over 6 months—still no payout.

I’ve sent them 50+ emails, followed up multiple times, and all I ever receive are generic automated responses saying “your query is being solved.” Nothing has happened. No one reaches out. No real support. Just silence.

It’s extremely frustrating to win something, only to be ignored and misled. At this point, it feels like the entire site is a scam. They take your money, run raffles, and never actually pay winners.

Please don’t waste your time or money on Gulf Ticket. If you’re expecting a fair game or legitimate prize redemption, look elsewhere. This experience has been nothing but disappointing and shady.

With Subject to the above I have given the withdrawal request on 19th Feb 2025 for 300 AED, your commitment was it will be credited on my account within 20 days but sorry to say that after 80 days left I have not get any proper response in this regard, I am shocking about Gulf Ticket site is this Genuine Platform, if your service like this, how will you believe us.

1/5 Stars - Disappointing Experience with Unpaid Winnings

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Gulf Ticket After winning a significant amount of 2000AED I requested withdrawal of 1900AED, I've been waiting for almost 262 days(8+ months) for my winnings to be credited to my bank account. Despite multiple follow-ups, the platform has failed to deliver on its promise.

The lack of communication, transparency, and accountability is appalling. It's unacceptable that a platform would keep winners in the dark for such an extended period. I urge others to exercise caution when dealing with Gulf Ticket, as it appears to be a big scam.

Until resolves this issue and pays out my winnings, I would not recommend this platform to anyone. Buyer beware!

They used my all personal details like photo, id proof, address proof, bank details for company promotions.
