Reliable in delivery product in superb quality
Thanks for helping us in rushing the customized enamel pin in record shortest time possible during the year end festive season. Initial response was really slow when asking for quote, but Sanchaita's response was exceeding expection while processing our order!! We love the enamel pin received! There is a bunch of temporary tattoos out here that I ordered, because I wanted to look more modern and feel a bit younger than i am.
The process itself is a bit sophisticated, you know, you can create custom tattoos and you have to reach out to them to confirm that theyn eed to priduce and design it. It's an interesting approach, like not just selling what in stock, but also very exclusive things.
Payment can be done via debit card or some e-wallets and payment system which is another convenient thing. about two weeks of waiting and you get what you ordered. I reckon their client-orientedness is on a very high level.

Great experience
I don't have a lot of experience doing patches and Gumtoo staff were patient and walked me through the process. Turn-around time was less than they had estimated (even after I'd made a mistake in one of the artwork files) and the quality exceed expectations. They also kept me well informed of the status of my project throughout the process.

Great responsive customer service
Great responsive customer service who very kindly able to rush out a temporary tattoo order in a short period of time. They were also able to arrange delivery to a Malaysia office as well, per our request. Printing quality and results were great, no complains! Will definitely engage them again!
