Very responsive and the product was great
They were very responsive, great with answering questions and showing digital proofs of the product. The final result was great. I had coasters made for my client base, hard wood with a cork back. Nice. Something to note is that the color will be a little less vibrant than your final print out from your printer. I'm sure it has to do with the way the image is adhered to the wood. Not a problem. Just expect your 'whites' to be a tad bit muted.

While we use the highest quality printing methods, the image transfer process to wood can sometimes result in a slightly less vibrant color than a printout from a standard printer. Enamal Pin
The enamel pin I ordered are very good quality and in good condition after delivery. The team have been very helpful and prompt in replying toward delivering the order. They worked extra hours to rushed out the delivery and making sure I received the parcel. Really appreciate the effect they put in. I am very satisfied with this service and the product quality.
However, there was little set back at beginning of the ordering process, communication with customer servicing was limited via emailing and slow in responding. Perhaps this is one area can be improved, or consider a better choice of communication platform, ie whatsapp or telegram.
Overall appreciate the good work and good quality product. Will definitely to order again.

Genuinely loved the Product & Service!
I really like the professionalism and timely assistance by the Gumtoo team.
