Had a great experience ordering with Gumtoo. From design submission to proofs, options and later delivery. I got my order ahead of time and Akanksha from the team was super responsive as was Harry who initially touched base with me. Thank you for making everything so easy and seamless, and also providing easy to understand instructions, information and options when I wasn't sure what to go with. Quality of the enamel pins and iron on patches i ordered are also good quality which is such a huge relief as one can never really tell when ordering things online - but I was very reassured when I spoke on the phone with Akanksha and am so thrilled to see it all come out lovely when it arrived today!

I'm a very tiny business, and using Gumtoo for my first enamel pin design proved so fortuitous. I am so grateful for their guidance and advice every step of the way.

Ordered some custom enamel pins for our fund raising event. Customer service was very kind and helpful in the process, patient too! They gave us feedback on our designs such as colour correction and other simplifications so that our enamel pins would turn out better. Mass production for 100 pins took around 3 weeks to complete and ship out. Price was also quite alright for the amount. Overall, we are very happy with the service and the quality of the pins. Will definitely choose to work with Gumtoo again in the future!
