Customer service is great, communicate when I asked for updates. Prices were reasonable. Just wish they gave update orders a little more frequently when you order something off backorder.

Top product!
I had a great experience with this Gundam order. I placed my order on Monday and was pleasantly surprised to receive it already today. The shipping was extremely fast and the packaging was secure.
I haven’t built the Gundam yet, but I’m already very excited to start the assembly. Everything looks great so far. The customer support was also very responsive and helpful, which made the whole process even smoother.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the service and the first impression of the product and would definitely order here again. Highly recommended!

Great service, wide range of models
I have only recently signed up with Gunpla-San for their wide range of Kotobukiya and Bandai figures. They have a very large range of these models and their delivery terms and service are great. I have used them several times already and have had consistently excellent service, will be using them again soon.
