When I was preparing for PTE, I used Gurully platform for practice. I really appreciate the way they give constructive feedbacks and support throughout the journey. I scored higher marks than I could imagine. Therefore, I would recommend everyone to practice with the most trust platform, Gurully.
I took the PTE simulator test package from Gurully and had an amazing experience. The AI scoring system was very accurate and helpful in understanding my performance. With consistent practice, I was able to achieve a Superior score. Highly satisfied with the platform!

Trash at best, anyone who is trying it, i will give you a sure way of finding the quality of their platform, straight away test the short answer type question more then 50 % times it will not understand your voice, and it's a known issue, their website is pure garbage, imagine you have tried question say 100, when you willl start afresh you have to push next next next to reach a fresh question block. Their reviews are paid and they have the worst customer support one can imagine

1. You can check the voice recordings your team confirmed they have informed the issue to product team and they will work on it.So the issue clearly was not about mike settings
2. Now this shows how bad your product is, imagine i need to move through the questions i have already attempted to reach a new question or remember the last question i have attempted. Thanks for providing this awesome user experience
3. Lastly your support team has stop responding on whats app and or mail ghats why i dropped a real feedback on trust-pilot

On the Short Answer questions: voice capture depends on microphone permissions and browser settings, and when those aren't enabled the audio doesn't register. Our team did reach out to help configure this with you, and the offer stays open should you change your mind.
On navigating between questions: you don't need to click through one by one — you can jump straight to any question by typing its number, and the sidebar filters let you move directly to a fresh set. Both are available on the practice screen.
We'd also like to be clear on one point: we don't pay for reviews. Every rating on our profile is from a genuine user. Like you have posted here.

I highly suggest gurully as the most efficient for practicing PTE as their modules are reliable and also the prediction guide seems to be more trusted which helped me in getting score.

After my initial complaint, their support (Akash) reached out only to argue about technicalities. They promised a solution in 'one minute' then ignored my messages for hours. Now, they are officially refusing a refund for the unused period, claiming the portal is 'fine' now. They even had the audacity to ask me to delete this review instead of giving me my money back. I am now proceeding with a bank chargeback. Extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy platform.
I have screenshots of the support agent promising a response in 'one minute' and then ignoring me for hours. I also have proof of him asking me to delete this review in exchange for 'assistance' instead of the refund I'm entitled to.
After writing the following review, Gurully deactivated our account and did not allow us to use until its expiery time even after multiple requests.

Gurully Review (60-days Membership plan bought on 13th September 2025 and today is 25th September 2025)
I am not happy with Gurully due to several reasons:
1. Mock tests issues: Some tests are incomplete (e.g., Writing section missing) or have mismatched text and audio.
2. Cannot retake tests: Once a test is done, it cannot be attempted again, which is not ideal for practice.
3. User interface: The website is not user-friendly and can be frustrating to navigate.
4. Results and analysis: Test results are unclear and do not clearly show strengths and weaknesses.
5. Feedback system: Feedback on tasks is vague, making it hard to understand mistakes and improve.
6. Limited hard tests: Only 7 hard tests are available out of 60, which is insufficient for serious practice.
Overall, the platform does not meet expectations for a paid membership. Better alternatives exist with clear feedback, retake options, and progressive difficulty levels.

I recently used Gurully’s PTE Mock Tests and I can confidently say it’s the best PTE practice platform for accurate scoring and real-exam level questions. The AI scoring system on Gurully is extremely close to the actual PTE exam score—my real exam results almost matched what I was getting in Gurully’s mock tests. The question patterns, difficulty level, and interface felt exactly like the real exam. Their support team is also very helpful and quick to respond whenever you have doubts or technical issues. We take such comments seriously; however, this review is factually incorrect. A PTE plan was purchased from your end, and later a refund was requested, which was declined strictly as per our clearly stated Terms & Conditions for digital services.
Following the refund denial, a request for a product change from PTE to IELTS was also made, which is not permitted once a plan is activated. The negative review was posted only after these requests were declined.
We strongly believe this review reflects dissatisfaction with policy enforcement rather than the quality or legitimacy of our platform. Gurully remains a trusted practice platform used by millions of genuine students worldwide.
