My experience has been a good one. I enjoy the choices I have available to me, my only complaint would be that some of those choices have been selected long ago and I only receive more recent one's first. Otherwise this has been a lot of fun to be able to closet and receive clothing by mail since I don't like to shop in person so much.

It has been such a fun experience! I get compliments every time I wear something. The ease of the program, the great customer service and the quality of the merch has been the reason I keep up my membership! My only suggestion would be to carry more full length pants. Every pair I see are either ankle length or cropped!

Just a great way to broaden your fashion horizon and expand the wardrobe while loosing weight.

Most all I was sent I liked or loved. Quality is good to excellent and the sizing guide is very accurate.

Those I spoke to on the phone were mostly helpful. Had to hold back a star for the one time I had an issue.

The boxes are not well protected from bad weather and my box came to me with wet items. This happened before and I was sent an extra item in my next box to compensate that I had to wait to wear my stuff

This time I was told that they are not at fault for poor delivery and should complain to the post office! Really??? How about packaging them appropriately so weather is not an issue?

Otherwise a good service.

This service is a game changer....I have ALMOST cured my shopping addiction but without sacrificing having fun new things to wear. Plus no laundry and free shipping?!? What's not to love!

I love Gwynnie Bee! This service allows me to have a diverse wardrobe without taking up extra space and is cost efficient for my needs. It's like Christmas when a box shows up and even better when it's something worth purchasing.

Love the options for clothing and that I get to wear something new every week to work. If I love it, I can keep it and if not it goes back in the bag and in a mailbox. So easy!

Some clothing should be retired sooner and shouldn't be sent out to others. Deeper cleaning to get out some stronger body odors so the next person doesn't have to deal with them. Also, the turnaround on sending out new boxes could be faster.

I also have two items on my return list that was returned awhile ago but still haven't come off that list.

Wonderful Program, makes my life so much easier since I work full time and need to look my best everyday of the week. This is a working girls best friend. I have such a busy life and this helps me tremendously save time.

Love everything except the outrageous cost of buying at-home clothes. They’re used! Why are they so costly?!?

I found GwynnieBee when it was relatively new (still only plus sizes back then) and it was a game changer for me. They carried brands I couldn't usually find in stores, in sizes that many stores wouldn't carry. I found out I was more into dresses than I ever knew! Over the years I've been a member, I've enjoyed the fact that I can try things outside my comfort zone without having to commit to purchasing them. I can pick individual items I want to try (as opposed to giving a style profile and letting someone else choose, like other services). Most importantly, I can find cute seasonal items in whatever my size of the moment is - as someone who experienced some weight changes - and refresh my wardrobe over and over. I've also purchased a number of the items I've tried since the discount is so good.
