Ik heb meerdere malen geld gestort en heb meerdere malen zonder problemen geld kunnen opnemen. Tot afgelopen woensdag. Er worden steeds smoesjes gebruikt om mij niet uit te betalen. En krijg telkens een andere reden waarom het zo lang duurt dat ik mijn uitbetaling eventueel zou krijgen. Ik lees in de revieuws dat ik contact kan opnemen met support. Maar die reageren telkens met een standaard bericht. Ik ben mijn geld kwijt wat mij enorm veel stress bezorgd ik had vetrouwen in gxbet.

Uitbetaling duurt weken!!!

Geld storten geen probleem en geen controle, maar als je geld krijgt wat je eerlijk hebt gewonnen dan duurt het te lang. Ik heb nog steeds geen geld ontvangen. Alleen maar excuses met wij zijn er mee bezig.

Advies speel hier niet, hebben zij genoeg geld ontvangen van spelers dan wordt er uitbetaald in de juiste volgorde en daarom duurt het lang.

Dodgy withdrawal mechanism

They are happy to process your deposits within seconds but stall even the smallest withdrawals for days hoping that you will cancel the withdrawal. Soo tired of not being sure whether or not a withdrawal will go through. Big amounts i understand but this happens also for small amounts

Cheaters/crimal organization/no gambling authority in Costa Rica

Contacted gxbet customer support by email as requested (see reply in my earlier review on Trustpilot).

Untill today no response on my email...but yeah what could I expect from a maffia party/casino......

They take customer care and rules very serious as mentioned..........:-(((

I requested a claim months ago, because I was not aware that gxbet is offering ilegal gaming in the Netherlands. The look and feel, marketing and payment methods are based on the Dutch market.

My claim (total amount) is not sky high. I don t understand why they are not willing to refund my total amount of deposits........

People don t play on these sites. This is the way how they work...

I ve noticed thar people requested a withdrawal (profit) and didn t receive any funds since today. Invintations via big bonusses > made the requirements > withdrawal request kyc request > account closure > no funds. This is how this criminal organization act smoothly in the market.

They are located in Costa Rica for specific reasons. No government issues and no gambling authority.....

At the risk of not getting my money at…

At the risk of not getting my money at all, i just wanted to say that i find gxbet's Customer service very annoying. I keep getting the same answer: i have to wait and nothing can be done.
Depositie money isnt a problem, but if you want to withdrawal youre out of Luck it seems. Sorry but that's how it feels to me right now.
At Viu-Viu casino for example they simpleypay out promptly after 4 days and they also check everything.
I wait now 11 days for my withdrawal....

Illegal (no licensee KSA)!!

Gxbet accept me as a Dutch player (illegal). I was not even aware that they were no licensee of the KSA (Dutch Authority). No KYC when you subscribe, no IP block, no adress check etc etc. Payments can be made easily via Dutch bank accounts.

Luckely I didn t deposit much on this maffia site. They've closed my account directly when I came in the chat and told them that I m a Dutch citizen.

After this happened I ve contacted the resposible department directly and told them that I want to receive my total losses back (claim). They have promised to look into it and come back to me.

Since that day no response from them. But what would I/you expect from a company who is related to party's like chacha.bet and justbit.io. All located in Costa Rica where they face no rules from government or gaming authorities.

How low can you go as a casino party (Sapphire Summit). In a market where they can earn billions if they simple follow the rules.

Dutch authorities warned several party's and also gave penalty's (fines).

Advise, don t play on this site!

To check withdrawal when missing some documents it takes 24h to cancel it, but us soon all documents confirmed and KYC passed they withhold withdrawal waiting for 7 days for my 2800€ still pending. They give no answers when it will by done just sorry for delay we accept withdrawals first come firs serve...

GXBET Casino – Withdrawals blocked for several days despite KYC verified account

Hello, I AM A VIP MEMBER AT THIS CASINO !!!!

I wish to report a serious problem with the GXBET Casino website

I played on this site and made two withdrawal requests after legitimate winnings:

€1,000 won on November 5, 2025, withdrawal requested the same day

€3,000 won on November 7, 2025, withdrawal also requested the same day

My account has been verified by their services (KYC completed and approved) — I have written confirmation from support.

Despite this, both withdrawals are still pending, even though GXBET states on its website that payments take 1 to 2 business days.

I have contacted support several times, without receiving a clear answer or a specific timeframe.

As of today (November 7, 2025), the funds have still not been paid out, which constitutes a breach of their own terms and conditions.

I am therefore publicly requesting that GXBET Casino immediately process my withdrawals and honor its commitments.

If this is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to pursue a chargeback with my bank and report the site to the relevant authorities, as well as to all online casino review and regulatory platforms.

I received a response from GXBET stating that my withdrawals of €1,000 (November 5) and €3,000 (November 7) are “being verified by the finance department.”
No processing date has been provided, and the funds have still not been credited to my Revolut account, which is already verified and received a previous instant payment of €400 via NaudaPay LTD on October 4, 2025.

I hope for a swift resolution; otherwise, I will initiate the official complaint and reporting procedures with all the evidence.

⭐️ Update – Still no payment received

Back in October, I successfully received a €400 withdrawal instantly on my Revolut card, with no checks or delays.
That clearly proves GXBET can pay instantly when they want to.

However, since November 5th and 7th, my withdrawals of €1,000 and €3,000 have remained pending, despite my account being fully KYC verified and my VIP status.
The support team keeps sending the same generic messages about “ongoing checks” that never end.

It really looks like a deliberate block on larger withdrawals, while smaller ones are processed without issues.
I’m still patient but determined — we’re talking about €4,000 that should have been paid days ago.

⚠️ I encourage other players in the same situation to share their experience here or on Signal-Arnaques, so this can be properly investigated.

Following GXBET’s public reply, I contacted the email address they provided here (supp0rt @ instasin0 . com ).
However, I received an official response stating that they have no affiliation with GXBET and that no account exists under my email address.

This means GXBET publicly shared a false support email on Trustpilot, which is extremely concerning.
I have since contacted their real support (support @ gxbet com) and they confirmed that my two withdrawals (€1000 from Nov 5 and €3000 from Nov 7) are “under review.”

I’m still waiting for payment, and I’ll update this review once the issue is resolved.

⭐️ Update – 10 novembre 2025 - Partial payment received, still waiting for the remaining amount

I would like to provide an update on my experience with GXBET.
I have received the €1000 withdrawal from November 5, processed via NaudaPay LTD to my Revolut account, which confirms that the payment system is working properly.

However, my €3000 withdrawal requested on November 7 is still pending.
The support team replied by email, confirming that the payment should be processed shortly, but no exact date or proof of transfer has been provided so far.

I remain patient and open to a quick resolution, but I expect GXBET to fully honor its payment commitments, especially towards VIP players.

I will update this review once the full amount has been received.
