GXBET Casino – Withdrawals blocked for several days despite KYC verified account
Hello, I AM A VIP MEMBER AT THIS CASINO !!!!
I wish to report a serious problem with the GXBET Casino website
I played on this site and made two withdrawal requests after legitimate winnings:
€1,000 won on November 5, 2025, withdrawal requested the same day
€3,000 won on November 7, 2025, withdrawal also requested the same day
My account has been verified by their services (KYC completed and approved) — I have written confirmation from support.
Despite this, both withdrawals are still pending, even though GXBET states on its website that payments take 1 to 2 business days.
I have contacted support several times, without receiving a clear answer or a specific timeframe.
As of today (November 7, 2025), the funds have still not been paid out, which constitutes a breach of their own terms and conditions.
I am therefore publicly requesting that GXBET Casino immediately process my withdrawals and honor its commitments.
If this is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to pursue a chargeback with my bank and report the site to the relevant authorities, as well as to all online casino review and regulatory platforms.

I received a response from GXBET stating that my withdrawals of €1,000 (November 5) and €3,000 (November 7) are “being verified by the finance department.”
No processing date has been provided, and the funds have still not been credited to my Revolut account, which is already verified and received a previous instant payment of €400 via NaudaPay LTD on October 4, 2025.
I hope for a swift resolution; otherwise, I will initiate the official complaint and reporting procedures with all the evidence.

Back in October, I successfully received a €400 withdrawal instantly on my Revolut card, with no checks or delays.
That clearly proves GXBET can pay instantly when they want to.
However, since November 5th and 7th, my withdrawals of €1,000 and €3,000 have remained pending, despite my account being fully KYC verified and my VIP status.
The support team keeps sending the same generic messages about “ongoing checks” that never end.
It really looks like a deliberate block on larger withdrawals, while smaller ones are processed without issues.
I’m still patient but determined — we’re talking about €4,000 that should have been paid days ago.
⚠️ I encourage other players in the same situation to share their experience here or on Signal-Arnaques, so this can be properly investigated.

Following GXBET’s public reply, I contacted the email address they provided here (supp0rt @ instasin0 . com ).
However, I received an official response stating that they have no affiliation with GXBET and that no account exists under my email address.
This means GXBET publicly shared a false support email on Trustpilot, which is extremely concerning.
I have since contacted their real support (support @ gxbet com) and they confirmed that my two withdrawals (€1000 from Nov 5 and €3000 from Nov 7) are “under review.”
I’m still waiting for payment, and I’ll update this review once the issue is resolved.

I would like to provide an update on my experience with GXBET.
I have received the €1000 withdrawal from November 5, processed via NaudaPay LTD to my Revolut account, which confirms that the payment system is working properly.
However, my €3000 withdrawal requested on November 7 is still pending.
The support team replied by email, confirming that the payment should be processed shortly, but no exact date or proof of transfer has been provided so far.
I remain patient and open to a quick resolution, but I expect GXBET to fully honor its payment commitments, especially towards VIP players.
I will update this review once the full amount has been received.
