Flawless Victory
Assault Bike was damaged at a depo and it was incredibly easy to get the replacement sent out. Happened instantaneously on the phone. flawless customer service. The other Force USA equipment is very high quality with easy to follow instructions. Won't be buying gym gear from anyone else.

Below Average Experience
Order process was easy and product was made avalaible for collection super fast. Issues occured when got home , parts where missing, instruction book issues whereby parts stated as required not enough of etc. Urgently requested spare parts as i was told AKL warehouse had them only to then be told parts needed to be shipped from AU. was advised they would ship immediately only to find further delays and then once arrived I was also short shipped after i had given a full list of items missing.
