Bought the 'WaterRower A1 Studio Rowing Machine' from this website and couldn't recommend enough.

While I was surprised by the prices I found that they weren't much more expensive than anywhere else, and well worth it for the product, so well made and a great wooden finish to match with the rest of my home gym.
The delivery was quick and easy and the website even offered a comparison section to really help you choose the right product. Great service!

Had a great experience with Ian and the team. They were great at offering advice as to which treadmill to purchase and offered a number of solutions at different price points. Went down to their store to try out some of the options as well which was appreciated during the Covid era.
Overall communication and customer focus were fantastic, would strongly recommend them.

Ordered a bike on bank holiday Monday, arrived by Friday. Clear communication and a really great service. New bike was installed with minimum fuss, and packaging taken away. Saving me hours assembling it and moving it into place.

I had a problem with my treadmill that I reported on a Saturday. After a phone call to Gym Equipment an email was sent. The job was actioned on Monday and job completed by midday on Tuesday. This was first class aftercare and customer services.
