Look I would have given lower rating for delivery time but I have no choice but to give 5 stars. The product when it arrived it amazing. Top quality material and a game changing piece of kit. I ordered two and they came together. The pandemic really hit delivery as I assume they came from abroad. Customer service was first class throughout always replied to chaser emails and kept me informed. Fix delivery times and this is a winning business. Thanks again for the best purchase I’ve made this year. I highly recommend but be aware you should expect to wait a while for delivery, you won’t be disappointed. Martin

2 x 40kg dumbbells arrived today ! Very happy with the product, easy to use adjustable mechanism, very sturdy with good handle grips ! Ordered toward the end of November - delivery was within the expected 30-45 day timeframe (given the disruption to all freight cargo). Excellent value for money IMO, Harry & Tom were very easy to deal with, very swift and responsive to emails.

I ordered a pair of 24kg dumbbells on 24th November 2020 and they arrived today. I’m really pleased with the quality of the product. I was quoted delivery in 35-45 days but bearing in mind Christmas, Covid and Brexit it ended up 63 days. When I contacted them they were quick to reply and very polite. I was concerned that their website was closed for updating but they assured me they were still trading and after a quick search I found them as a limited company registered at Companies House. So I can verify they are legitimate and trading as best they can under the circumstances. They were also grateful for some constructive feedback I gave in order to help them understand their customers.
I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

Half of the weight plates have arrived and no hotline to ask when the 6 missing plates will arrive. Can't use the weights at all. Please tell me when the missing plates will come.

Although the dumbells tooks approx 70 days to arrive my son was really pleased with them. I have to say that the customer service was very good and Tom and Harry always responded promptly to my emails.

Cool company, really happy with my products. The rubber grip on the set is good and the top weight setting is more than heavy enough for me!!! I experienced friendly and helpful customer service so would return here again if I ever need anything.

Well worth the wait. Product was very competitively priced and the equipment is excellent. Delivery took 65 days but ordered at the busiest time I.e. before Xmas. The delays are clearly indicated on the website and in many reviews so no shocks here. Customer services were very responsive and polite. At one point during the wait - I was worried it could be a scam site - but rest assured it’s not! Neil London

I was really anxious about the order I placed. The price was very competitive, and at times I wondered if it was the old 'if it's too good to be true' story. Gymzo have been fast to reply to any emails. The product itself is great. Due to COVID and BREXIT, my order took almost 15 weeks to arrive. Still, that made very clear at checkout. If you can handle the wait, these guys have a great product.

I waited to post this review to check on how the 40Kg set would stand to my intense workout routine. Pleased to say no regrets buying these. Way easier weight changes and no faffing about unlike other worse products. Delivered on time and support have helped me with setup. Overall grade A experience. May buy the stand now as it is a pain bending over to pick these up especially when your back is aching from previous workouts!!

Finally received dumbbells and very happy with product. A bit of a wait but due to the pandemic and other external factors still within an acceptable range of 60 days. Customer support are very helpful.

Bought the 40 Kg Pair of Weights, that are absolutely brilliant & already intense enough for a full range of motion workout at home. Ordered during lockdown so there was an unfortunate delay in the delivery service but not the fault of the business. Grateful to Tom from Customer Care who kept me updated with the whereabouts of the weights on a weekly basis, which calmed any nerves.
Already recommended to my brother who is buying a pair and a few friends but they're 'waiting' for a joint workout before they decide, classic!
Definitely worth the long term investment compared to other weights that don't go as heavy.

Can't fault the quality of the 24kg set. Would buy from Gymzo again.

Ordered a set of the 40kg weights. Lead time was a lot longer than expected and communication wasn't great with the seller so I was a bit concerned but alas, weights arrived and they are great.

I probably caught them at a very bad time as I understand shipping etc. was most likely terrible and they were no doubt inundated with queries.

Would recommend going for it if you're considering adjustable weights. Just be prepared to wait a little while but its worth the wait.

Ordered 24Kg with stand preorder and pleased to say everything arrived a few days ago. Customer service was top notch and I was answered within an hour even though I was definitely pestering! I have recommended to my friends.

Really happy with my 40 Kg set. One of the plates was damaged in transit but I spoke to support and they replaced it within 5 days to my doorstep. Super happy. Would recommend to anyone looking for a deal on home gym equipment.

Their 40Kg set is really solid. Very happy with the quality. Super easy to switch between weight settings with the dial: a massive upgrade from my old twist locknut sets. Delivered in 44 days from order date. Communication is great and I was reassured throughout the delivery.

Received 24Kg dumbbells about two weeks ago, been using through this week. Really happy with them. Only thing to improve would be delivery times. Thanks gymzo :)

I got Gymzo adjustable 40Kg dumbbells and they arrived in 42 days. Really happy with the product quality and my customer support agent answered my questions within an hour which was very impressive. Points to improve would be adding more knurling to the metal handle to add a bit more grip. Overall would deffinetely purchase from Gymzo again.

Great dumbbells for a low price, although of course this means waiting a while for shipping but I reckon it's easily worth it for the value, 5 stars
